O\u2019Keefe Media Group has released part three of its Disney Tapes series, exposing <\/strong>Disney\u2019s Creative Marketing Director by day and professional drag queen by night, Amit \u201cGenie\u201d Gurnani, who revealed Disney\u2019s \u201cunspoken\u201d LGBTQ agenda for children.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gurnani revealed that a \u201cpride campaign across Disney and television\u201d is set to \u201ctake up the rest of the next four or five months.\u201d He says that children seeing LGBTQ content on their televisions is \u201cthe unspoken thing.\u201d This includes pride celebrations at Disney parks and other LGBTQ projects advertised to children.<\/p>\n

Gurnani also says he would \u201clove to\u201d have drag queens at Disney Land, and he\u2019s \u201csure that would happen at some point.\u201d<\/p>\n

Some of the soft-core LGBTQ content has already been introduced to Disney programming as early as 2014 when Disney\u2019s \u201cGood Luck Charlie\u201d featured a lesbian couple, reportedly<\/a> for the first time on the network.<\/p>\n

It can be recalled that\u00a0O\u2019Keefe Media Group released<\/a> an undercover video last month of the Senior Vice President at Disney detailing discriminatory hiring practices.<\/p>\n

The senior VP on Disney Tapes Part One told OMG\u2019s undercover journalist that Disney is not considering any white men for the job.<\/p>\n

\u201cNobody else is going to tell you this, but they\u2019re not considering any white males for the job,\u201d says Michael Giordano, a Vice President of Business Affairs, \u201cthere\u2019s no way we\u2019re hiring a white male.\u201d<\/p>\n

Giordano revealed Disney uses \u201ccode words and buzzwords\u201d to avoid legal action and even mentions a candidate being rejected for not looking black enough. Giordano also admitted Disney gives bonuses to executives for practicing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), agreeing that \u201cdiversity helps with financial incentives.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Disney VP said there will be a lawsuit at some point over the company\u2019s discriminatory hiring practices.<\/p>\n

Some of the possible \u2018code words\u2019 or \u2018buzz words\u2019: \u201cThey might say something like, \u2018We\u2019re not looking for the usual suspects for the job,\u2019 so it\u2019s not like a legally actionable thing. But everybody knows what it means.\u201d<\/p>\n

In Disney Tapes Part Two, it was revealed by\u00a0Disney\u2019s Television Director of Production\/Finance, Sohrab \u201cDave\u201d Makker, that Disney has discriminatory hiring practices for C-Suite roles (CEO, CFO, COO, etc). He said that Disney does not hire anybody\u00a0\u201cwho\u2019s not white or not Jewish\u201d for C-Suite roles.<\/p>\n
