Former President <a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/barack-obama\/\">Barack Obama<\/a> was seen grabbing President <a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/joe-biden\/\">Joe Biden<\/a> by the arm and gently leading him offstage as Biden continued to wave to the crowd. The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/obama-grabs-bidens-hand-leads-him-off-stage-at-hollywood-fundraiser\">has more<\/a> on the political fallout:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Hours before the Hollywood fundraiser, First Lady <a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/jill-biden\/\">Jill Biden<\/a> addressed a group of roughly 250 seniors in Phoenix, Arizona, and attempted to allay any fears about her husband&#8217;s age,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/06\/17\/us-news\/hours-before-bidens-viral-hollywood-moment-jill-tried-to-fend-off-aging-concerns-joe-and-the-other-guy-are-essentially-the-same-age\/\">saying<\/a>, \u201cJoe and the other guy are essentially the same age so let&#8217;s not be fooled. \u2026 Biden is a healthy, wise, 81-year-old ready to work every day to make our future better.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">In Special Counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/americanliberty.news\/tag\/robert-hur\/\">Robert Hur<\/a> criminal investigation of Biden, the report stated, \u201cMr. Biden&#8217;s memory was significantly limited, both during his recorded interviews with the ghostwriter in 2017 [with whom he shared classified materials], and in his interview with our office in 2023 \u2026 We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Recordings from when Biden was interviewed by the ghostwriter in 2017 showed that even then, he was \u201cstruggling to remember events and straining at times to read and relay his own notebook entries,\u201d the special counsel said, adding that even back then he was showing signs of \u201cdiminished faculties and faulty memory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While dementia is primarily characterized by memory loss, confusion and difficulty with thinking and problem-solving, physical symptoms can also occur.
