Particularly ugly tattoos that don&#8217;t make any sense.<\/p>\n<p>One guy had in tiny layers &#8220;Satan&#8221; under his eye. Kid you not. The foreign women who are living here are often white with nose rings and tattoos and dressed provocatively.
