In a move that will antagonise Russia, Poland has requested that NATO\u00a0 nuclear weapons be stationed on its soil.<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Maria Trill\u2014Euromaidan May 1, 2024<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Warsaw has officially requested the deployment of nuclear weapons from the North Atlantic Alliance on its territory, according to Polskie Radio.<\/p>\n<p>Nuclear Sharing is a NATO program that is part of the Alliance\u2019s nuclear deterrence policy. It provides nuclear warheads to member states that do not have their own nuclear weapons. The United States controls the use of these weapons.
