However, Western media outlets have sought to dehumanize them by reducing\u00a0them to cold statistics.<\/p>\n<p>We analyzed news headlines in the Western press in recent months regarding the Israeli war on Gaza and it became crystal clear that the reportage has been heavily biased and riddled with distortions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>\u2018Gazans who sought shelter in Rafah are fleeing again\u2019<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A headline in the <em>New York Times<\/em> on February 15 showed how the Western media has resorted to spin-doctoring while reporting the events unfolding in Gaza. The headline sought to distance the Biden administration from the southern Gaza carnage while overlooking the fact that the Israeli regime was using US-supplied weapons there.<\/p>\n<p>Suggested headline: <strong>Israel\u2019s next aim is all of Gaza.
