Biden\u2019s criticism is a disingenuous ruse. If he wanted to Biden could easily restrain Netanyahu, simply by threatening to withhold the US military aid.<\/p>\n

The IDF is totally dependent upon US military support, as is Israel\u2019s campaign in Gaza. So it would be simple enough for Biden to withhold that support.<\/p>\n

It would be easy but it won’t happen because Washington is 100% behind Israel on this. That’s why Biden reaffirmed the US commitment to support Israel militarily, which makes him complicit in their crimes.<\/p>\n

President Biden may be senile but he will be judged for the crimes he is instrumental in, in this world or the next. Ed.<\/p>\n

Netanyahu \u2018hurting Israel more than helping\u2019 it, says Biden<\/strong><\/h1>\n

US president Joe Biden<\/strong> has said that he believes Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu is \u201churting Israel more than helping Israel\u201d in his approach to the war against Hamas<\/a> in Gaza.<\/p>\n

In an interview on Saturday, the president expressed support for Israel\u2019s right to pursue Hamas, but said of Netanyahu that \u201che must pay more attention to the innocent lives being lost as a consequence of the actions taken\u201d.<\/p>\n

Biden said of the death toll in Gaza<\/a>, \u201cit\u2019s contrary to what Israel stands for. And I think it\u2019s a big mistake.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biden said a potential Israeli invasion of the Gaza city of Rafah, where more than 1.3 million Palestinians are sheltering, is \u201ca red line\u201d for him, but said he would not cut off weapons like the Iron Dome missile interceptors which protect the Israeli civilian populace from rocket attacks in the region.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt is a red line,\u201d he said, when asked about Rafah, \u201cbut I\u2019m never going to leave Israel. The defense of Israel is still critical, so there\u2019s no red line I\u2019m going to cut off all weapons so they don\u2019t have the Iron Dome to protect them.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to the Gaza health ministry, at least 30,960 Palestinians have been killed and 72,524 have been injured in Israeli strikes on the enclave since 7 October.<\/p>\n
