{"id":282389,"date":"2024-02-25T08:22:56","date_gmt":"2024-02-25T08:22:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=282389"},"modified":"2024-02-27T08:02:41","modified_gmt":"2024-02-27T08:02:41","slug":"microsoft-brags-that-it-pays-white-employees-less-than-non-white-employees-despite-same-job-title","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=282389","title":{"rendered":"Microsoft Brags That It Pays White Employees Less Than Non-White Employees Despite \u2018Same Job Title\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Spencer Lindquist \u2013 The Daily Wire Feb 24, 2024<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/microsoft\">Microsoft<\/a> bragged that it pays its white employees less than non-white employees who are employed in similar roles in a diversity report touting the company\u2019s \u201cpay equity\u201d agenda.<\/p>\n<p>The admission came from the tech giant\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/query.prod.cms.rt.microsoft.com\/cms\/api\/am\/binary\/RW1e53b#page=28\">2023 Diversity and Inclusion Report<\/a>, which outlines the company\u2019s loyalty to the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAll racial and ethnic minority groups who are rewards eligible combined earn $1.007 total pay for every $1.000 earned by US rewards-eligible white employees with the same job title and level and considering tenure,\u201d the Microsoft report, first reported on X, brags.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">HOLY SHLIT. In Microsoft&#39;s official 2023 Diversity &amp; Inclusion report, they openly admit that they are paying white people LESS than other ethnic groups in the name of &quot;pay equity.&quot; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/cJLoYeBfBo\">pic.twitter.com\/cJLoYeBfBo<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/libsoftiktok\/status\/1760817144781021650?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 23, 2024<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>It goes on to add that \u201cUS Black and African American employees earn $1.004 and Asian employees earn $1.012 for every $1.000 earned by U.S. rewards-eligible white employees with the same job title and level and considering tenure.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis pay equity data represents total pay,\u201d the report clarifies. \u201cOur total pay analysis considers base, annual bonus, and stock awards at the time of annual rewards for rewards- eligible employees.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Microsoft also boasted that it has successfully pushed far-left ideology on its employees, with one passage reading, \u201cAs a cornerstone of our growth mindset approach to D&amp;I, we consider understanding how to be effective allies key to activating a culture of inclusion.\u201d The report went on to add, \u201cThis year, 96.4% of employees reported some level of awareness of the concept of allyship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company was previously hit with criticism after it <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/campus\/a-microsoft-fellowship-caps-the-number-of-white-and-asian-applicants-lawyers-say-thats-illegal\/\">capped the number<\/a> of white and Asian students that universities could nominate for a highly paid research fellowship.<\/p>\n<p>But Microsoft is just one of many companies that has engaged in discrimination in pursuit of the DEI agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Disney was hit with a <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/america1stlegal\/status\/1761101751271469367?s=46&amp;t=o-U3qwC25WnWaylJ0oeG7Q\">federal civil rights complaint<\/a> over a similar policy that used diversity metrics to determine pay bonus structures. The complaint came from America First Legal, a foundation that challenges corporations that discriminate against white, Asian, and male employees and applicants.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe law prohibits Disney from using race, color, religion, sex, or national origin merely as <em>a <\/em>motivating factor for hiring, training, or promotions,\u201d a <a href=\"https:\/\/aflegal.org\/america-first-legal-files-federal-civil-rights-complaint-against-the-walt-disney-company-for-illegal-race-and-sex-discrimination\/\">press release<\/a> from America First Legal explains. \u201cBut a document on Disney\u2019s \u2018Reimagine Tomorrow\u2019 website strongly suggests that race, color, religion, sex, or national origin are often the <em>only <\/em>motivating factor in Disney\u2019s hiring, training, and promotion decisions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The organization went on to allege that Disney is \u201cintentionally discriminating against white American men, Christians, and Jews simply because of their race, sex, religion, and citizenship.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The complaint came after an exclusive <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/exclusive-disneyland-posts-woke-wheel-of-privilege-in-employee-kitchen-removes-it-after-daily-wire-inquiry\">Daily Wire report<\/a> found that Disney posted a \u201cwheel of power\/privilege\u201d in employee spaces in Disneyland. The poster claimed that males, English speakers, and white people, many of the same groups that America First Legal complains that the company discriminated against, are privileged on account of their identity.<\/p>\n<p>But discriminatory diversity policies are not limited to Microsoft or Disney. A wide range of corporations have been found to discriminate against white people, men, and often Asian people, a series of Daily Wire investigations have found.<\/p>\n<p>A \u201cdiversity internship\u201d at NASCAR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/blatantly-illegal-nascar-bans-white-applicants-from-diversity-internship\">banned<\/a> white applicants on the basis of their race and was called \u201cblatantly illegal\u201d by one lawyer, an investigation from The Daily Wire revealed. NASCAR <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/nascar-takes-down-blatantly-illegal-racial-requirement-for-internship-after-daily-wire-report\">removed<\/a> the racial eligibility requirement following the report from The Daily Wire, but has not yet removed two other programs that similarly discriminate.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&quot;Blatantly Illegal:&quot; NASCAR hosted a paid &quot;diversity internship&quot; that banned white applicants on the basis of their race, my latest report in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/realDailyWire?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@realDailyWire<\/a> reveals.<\/p>\n<p>But it&#39;s just one of NASCAR&#39;s several racially discriminatory diversity initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Thread\ud83e\uddf5 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/hDWqsAd1iX\">pic.twitter.com\/hDWqsAd1iX<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Spencer Lindquist \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@SpencerLndqst) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SpencerLndqst\/status\/1696158071221866511?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 28, 2023<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>There are also the tech companies <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/ibm-hosts-internships-that-bar-whites-asians-and-men-with-exception-for-men-who-identify-as-women\">IBM<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/oracle-internship-scholarship-opportunities-bar-whites-and-asians-on-the-basis-of-race\">Oracle<\/a>, both of which hosted internship programs that excluded both white and Asian applicants on the basis of their race.<\/p>\n<p>Apple hosted entrepreneur training programs that are only open to companies with leaders who are women or who are not white or Asian, an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/apple-entrepreneur-camp-program-bars-applicants-based-on-race\">investigation<\/a> from The Daily Wire previously reported.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Wire revealed that a wide range of companies, including U.S. Bank, Bayer, Best Buy, and Liberty Mutual have <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/major-bank-pharmaceutical-giant-participated-in-mckinsey-training-that-banned-white-people\">participated in employee training programs<\/a> from McKinsey and Company that intend to \u201cdiversify talent pipelines\u201d and are not open to white employees.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/microsoft-brags-that-it-pays-white-employees-less-than-non-white-employees-despite-same-job-title\">Source<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Microsoft isn\u2019t the only global corporation that discriminates on the basis of sex or race.
