So he attacks me without explaining how I\u2019m wrong, of course, or how he\u2019s right \u2013 this is the guy, by the way, who at the request of the U.S. government, stopped the peace deal in Ukraine a year and a half ago, and is for that reason responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI said, \u2018I just interviewed Vladimir Putin \u2013 I\u2019m not defending Putin, but [he] didn\u2019t ask me for a million dollars!\u2019 So you\u2019re telling me that Boris Johnson is a lot sleazier, a lot lower than Vladimir Putin. So this whole thing is a freaking shakedown.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During an interview conducted in November last year, David Arahamiya, the leader of Ukraine\u2019s ruling party, <a href=\"https:\/\/europeanconservative.com\/articles\/news\/official-johnson-forced-kyiv-to-refuse-russian-peace-deal\/\">revealed<\/a> that Johnson had scuppered a peace deal that would have put an end to hostilities just a few months after the Russian invasion.<\/p>\n<p>Putin <a href=\"https:\/\/modernity.news\/2024\/02\/09\/putin-confirms-boris-johnson-sabotaged-peace-deal-with-ukraine\/\">confirmed<\/a> this during his interview with Carlson, remarking, \u201cHe had fixed his signature to some of the provisions, not to all of it. He put his signature and then he himself said, we were ready to sign it, and the war would have been over long ago. 18 months ago. However, Prime Minister Johnson came, talk to us out of it and we missed that chance. Well, you missed it.
