This is what IBM employees are taught in internal training documentations. Yes, IBM employees are taught white people long ago stole civilization from Africans. Mary Lefkowitz may have already debunked this nonsense in her incredibly important work Not Out of Africa<\/em>, but the truth doesn\u2019t matter to IBM when it comes to indoctrinating employees with the anti-white mindset. James O\u2019Keefe revealed live on Timcast IRL from TPUSA\u2019s America Fest internal training documents from IBM that show the anti-whiteness being perpetrated against IBM employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The slides, brought to O\u2019Keefe\u2019s OMG from a whistleblower inside the company, show a graphic on whiteness. It dissects alleged white \u201cblindness,\u201d white \u201cpower\u201d and the white impulse to \u201cdivide and conquer.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Under \u201cblindness,\u201d it reads \u201cwhite people don\u2019t know what we don\u2019t know, so what we DO get carefully taught is what\u2019s passed down.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cLies and omissions of the truth get equal billing in what we are taught.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the description of white \u201cpower,\u201d the slide reads \u201cwhite is the default, everything else exists in proximity to it.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhiteness constructs the game, hides the rules, then rigs the game, over and over again.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

A second slide explores the question \u201cWhat does \u2018DO THE WORK!\u2019 mean?\u201d And states \u201cWe have to start with the REAL problem.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The slide shows a graphic of a microscope, and says that \u201cwhat\u2019s been \u2018under the microscope’\u201d are \u201cblack behaviors, black culture, black history, black oppression, black celebrity, black art, black stories.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The IBM slide defines \u201cthe real problem\u201d as \u201cwhite judgment, white theft, white history, white supremacy, white allowance, white elitism, white censorship.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The third slide revealed by O\u2019Keefe showed a graphic describing ancient Greeks interactions with Africans, claiming that Greek knowledge came from African scholarship.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The slide identified \u201cwhat gets missed\u201d and contrasted it with \u201cthe problem.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

What gets missed included \u201cblack excellence, black joy, black achievement, black contribution, black is beautiful, black intelligence, black innovation.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The contrasted problem for each of these was \u201cwhite erasure.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

This latest reveal is part of O\u2019Keefe and OMG\u2019s ongoing expose of IBM\u2019s weaponized diversity trainings against white and Asian employees.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every corporation, from Coca Cola<\/a> to even Chick-fil-A <\/a>are dedicated to the same anti-white mindset we see IBM promoting.<\/p>\n

When you realize all of corporate America is aligned against you, it\u2019s easier to comprehend why there is no reviving this system, only surviving it.<\/p>\n

Trouble is IBM isn\u2019t alone in promoting this sort of mindset.
