{"id":272322,"date":"2023-08-17T07:02:26","date_gmt":"2023-08-17T07:02:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=272322"},"modified":"2023-08-18T13:33:14","modified_gmt":"2023-08-18T13:33:14","slug":"bidens-trans-health-secretary-dr-rachel-levine-praises-alaska-gender-affirming-care-clinic-which-wants-word-mother-replaced-with-phrase-egg-producer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=272322","title":{"rendered":"Biden&#8217;s trans health secretary Dr Rachel Levine praises Alaska gender-affirming care clinic which wants word &#8216;mother&#8217; replaced with phrase EGG PRODUCER"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Levine visited Identity Alaska &#8211; a nonprofit community center that provides resources and health care for the &#8216;LGBTQIA2S+ and allied community&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The company say kids should learn that doctors &#8216;assign&#8217; gender to babies by making a &#8216;guess&#8217; &#8211; while also promoting the use of &#8216;gender-inclusive biology&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Claudia Aoraha \u2013 Daily Mail.com Aug 16, 2023<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>J<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/joe-biden\/index.html\"><strong>oe Biden<\/strong><\/a>&#8216;s transgender health secretary has praised an Alaska gender-affirming care clinic which wants the word &#8216;mother&#8217; replaced with the phrase &#8216;egg producer.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Dr Rachel Levine, 65, <span data-track-module=\"internal-body-link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-12321933\/Transgender-Assistant-Secretary-Health-Rachel-Levine-claims-children-wrong-puberty-argues-gender-affirming-care-kids-evidence-based-despite-critics.html\"><strong>is the highest ranking openly transgender federal official <\/strong><\/a><\/span>in the country &#8211; and has long endorsed providing gender-affirming care to minors, arguing that the treatment is &#8216;lifesaving.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Levine visited <a href=\"https:\/\/www.identityalaska.org\/education\"><strong>Identity Alaska <\/strong><\/a>&#8211; a nonprofit community center that provides resources and health care for the &#8216;LGBTQIA2S+&#8217; community which stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer\/questioning, intersex, asexual, and two spirit<\/p>\n<p>She showed up on August 6 &#8211; and praised the clinic&#8217;s &#8216;tireless&#8217; efforts to provide <span data-track-module=\"internal-body-link\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-11871045\/Dr-Rachel-Levine-says-gender-affirming-care-minors-Biden-administrations-highest-support.html\"><strong>&#8216;lifesaving medical care.&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>She said, according to<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/rachel-levine-praises-gender-clinic-pushing-biological-sex-revisionism-referring-moms-egg-producer\"><strong> Fox News<\/strong><\/a>: &#8216;These inspiring people work tirelessly to create a more equitable future, where all those living in the U.S. have equal access to lifesaving medical care.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The health secretary, who grew up male, underwent puberty as a man, attended medical school, got married and became a father before deciding to transition.<\/p>\n<p>The Alaska-based company she visited promotes ideas that children should learn that doctors &#8216;assign&#8217; gender to babies by making a &#8216;guess&#8217; &#8211; while also promoting the use of &#8216;gender-inclusive biology.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Teachers and educators need to speak to children &#8216;without assuming that there are only two sexes and that everyone within a particular sex is the same.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Instead of using the word &#8216;mother&#8217; in these conversations, they recommend using terms such as &#8216;egg producer&#8217; or &#8216;carrier.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>In a bid to de-gender the language, its style guide also says words like &#8216;gestational parent,&#8217; and &#8216;birth parent&#8217; should be used.<\/p>\n<p>The clinic also recommends children be taught to use proper biological terms for body parts.
