{"id":271990,"date":"2023-08-08T06:06:52","date_gmt":"2023-08-08T06:06:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=271990"},"modified":"2023-08-09T07:40:40","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T07:40:40","slug":"nyc-black-hispanic-teachers-failed-a-teachers-test-made-1-8-billion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=271990","title":{"rendered":"NYC Black\/Hispanic teachers failed a teacher\u2019s test, made $1.8 billion"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Jon Rappoport \u2013 Substack.com Aug 7, 2023<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/07\/15\/nyc-bias-suit-black-hispanic-teachers-and-ex-teachers-rich\/\">NY Post<\/a> (July 15, 2023):<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Failing the New York State teachers\u2019 exam really paid off\u2014especially for a Queens man who learned this month he\u2019s getting a $2 million windfall over it.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Roughly 5,200 black and Hispanic ex-Big Apple teachers and once-aspiring educators are expected to collect more than $1.8 billion in judgments after the city stopped fighting a nearly three-decade federal discrimination lawsuit that found a certification exam was biased.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">It\u2019s the largest legal payout in city history.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2026Court rulings found the exam violated civil-rights laws, allowing far more white candidates to pass.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u2026Herman Grim, 64, of Queens, on July 5 was awarded the biggest judgment to date\u2014a jaw-dropping $2,055,383.<\/p>\n<p>OK, let\u2019s break this down.<\/p>\n<p>The test was \u201cproved\u201d to be biased BECAUSE many more whites passed it.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s all. That\u2019s it.<\/p>\n<p>The test didn\u2019t ask for super-secret information only white people would have.<\/p>\n<p>The test didn\u2019t require ability exclusive to white people.<\/p>\n<p>Further, if the black\/Hispanic teachers had been given a passing grade on the test, what parts of the standard classroom curriculum would they have unable to impart to students?<\/p>\n<p>No one seems to be interested in THAT.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps everybody knows the classrooms are a joke, and teachers don\u2019t need any ability of any kind whatsoever to preside over them.<\/p>\n<p>At any rate, we have further confirmation of a new rule in the culture: If certain white people can do something certain black\/Hispanic people can\u2019t, the reason is racism.<\/p>\n<p>And money should be the response. Lots of money.<\/p>\n<p>No further investigation needs to happen.<\/p>\n<p>So say the courts.<\/p>\n<p>And we can see why.
