The US European Command (EUCOM) spokesman, Navy Captain Bill Speaks, said the deployment of reservists \u201cwill not change current force-posture levels in Europe.\u201d<\/p>\n
The leading Republican presidential candidate, former President Donald Trump, also had some harsh words to say about Biden\u2019s decision to send more American troops to Europe. The \u201creckless escalation in Ukraine\u201d pursued by the White House is \u201cstraining the US military to the point of disaster,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
