{"id":269721,"date":"2023-06-08T05:30:07","date_gmt":"2023-06-08T05:30:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=269721"},"modified":"2023-06-10T05:28:13","modified_gmt":"2023-06-10T05:28:13","slug":"who-launches-new-digital-health-initiative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=269721","title":{"rendered":"WHO launches new \u201cdigital health initiative\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Kit Knightly \u2013 Off-Guardian June 7, 2023<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>On Monday, the World Health Organization and European Union announced the launch of their new \u201cpartnership\u201d, building on the EU\u2019s \u201chighly successful\u201d digital certification network, which was introduced during the \u201cpandemic\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>From the WHO\u2019s website [emphasis added]:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">WHO will take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to <strong>establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This would be those digital health passports that \u201cconspiracy theorists\u201d warned about, but which we were all told <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/california\/story\/2021-05-12\/how-digital-vaccine-passports-became-a-rally-cry-for-anti-mask-movement\">weren\u2019t ever going to be a thing<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This isn\u2019t about \u201cCovid\u201d anymore, WHO Chairman Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said as much in his <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/backtolife_2023\/status\/1666164259485515777\">statement on the launch<\/a>, and it\u2019s again made clear on the website, which repeatedly underlines the supposed purpose of the initiative:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>[To] protect citizens across the world from on-going and future health threats, including pandemics<\/li>\n<li>[To] enhance strategic cooperation on global health issues<\/li>\n<li>[To] help strengthen global health preparedness in the face of growing health threats<\/li>\n<li>[To] to deliver better health for citizens across the globe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What are these \u201chealth threats\u201d? Well, they quite intentionally don\u2019t say, but we can all make pretty good guesses. <em>Climate change<\/em>, obviously. <em>Obesity<\/em> seems pretty likely, <em>poverty<\/em>, <em>overpopulation<\/em> \u2026and as many more as they choose.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 That\u2019s the whole point of the open-ended wording, you can adapt it as you go.<\/p>\n<p>Anyway, it won\u2019t just be about about Covid passports, again as the us conspiracy theorists predicted. But, more than that, it won\u2019t even just be passports\u2026<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>This is the first building block<\/strong> of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that <strong>will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They are delightfully vague about what exactly these other \u201cdigital products\u201d might be, how much they are going to cost global taxpayers, and just how many of our rights we\u2019ll be required to forfeit in the name of a \u201chealthy\u201d planet (although ou can read the WHO\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.who.int\/iris\/bitstream\/handle\/10665\/344249\/9789240020924-eng.pdf?sequence=1&amp;isAllowed=y\">\u201cGlobal Strategy on Digital Health\u201d<\/a> to get some rough ideas).<\/p>\n<p>However, while the details are brushed over, the overall aim is pretty openly stated:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">enhance strategic cooperation on global health issues [\u2026] bolster<strong> a robust multilateral system with WHO at its core<\/strong>, powered by a strong EU.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s globalism \u2013 sorry, \u201cmultilateralism\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Globalism has been the end game since the pandemic started. Hence the Pandemic Treaty, the new IHR regulations all that fun stuff. One world government (or maybe <em>two<\/em> world governments, if the New Cold War plays out as expected), installed in the name of public health.<\/p>\n<p>Note that this launch lines up with a lot of \u201ccoincidental\u201d domestic political movements from around the world.<\/p>\n<p>For example, in the US they are set to vote on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/118th-congress\/senate-bill\/884?s=1&amp;r=11\">\u201cImproving Digital Identity Act\u201d<\/a>, which would require digital ID to do\u2026pretty much everything.<\/p>\n<p>In Canada major corporations <a href=\"https:\/\/tnc.news\/2023\/06\/06\/digital-identity-agenda-2030\/\">are uniting to embrace digital ID<\/a> as a key part of Agenda 2030 and \u201csustainable development goals\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>In the UK <em>Sir<\/em> Keir Starmer has promised a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/commentisfree\/2023\/may\/22\/digital-nhs-technology-health-service-keir-starmer\"> \u201ctotally digital NHS\u201d <\/a>under the next Labour government.<\/p>\n<p>In essence, each country \u2013 for notionally different reasons, and supposedly independently of their own free will \u2013 are all going to develop a digital ID\/health passport system at exactly the same time, and <em>while working with the WHO to ensure \u201cinteroperability\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Therein lies the plausible deniability. See, it won\u2019t be one global health and surveillance system! No, it will be 100+ different \u201cinteroperable\u201d systems\u2026that just <em>happened<\/em> by chance to all be conceived and built at the same time along the same guidelines.<\/p>\n<p>A distinction good enough to fuel the inevitable defenses from corporate fact-checkers even if it can\u2019t fool anyone else.<\/p>\n<p>However, all that aside, the most interesting part of this story is where you read about it.<\/p>\n<p>Viz \u2013 the <em>back pages.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>At the height of the pandemic, this would be big news, maybe breaking news in big red letters. There\u2019d be op-eds in all the major outlets celebrating the move, accompanied by \u201cfact checks\u201d with headlines like <em>\u201cNo, global digital passports doesn\u2019t mean one world government\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Now, if you\u2019re not following certain social media accounts or regularly checking the news cycles for quite specific terms, you\u2019d never have heard about this. It\u2019s not even mentioned in any mainstream news site I\u2019ve read.<\/p>\n<p>Resistance has pushed the New Normal narrative out of the limelight, to be replaced by war porn, Trump, illegal immigrants or Harry and Meghan.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re all being encouraged to think the Great Reset was a flash in the pan, the New Normal just an old joke. 2020 was just a bad dream &amp; now everything us back to normal &amp; Left versus Right, East versus West\u2026<\/p>\n<p>But no. This is the last reel of the scary movie. The demon <em>seems<\/em> to be exorcised, the danger <em>looks<\/em> like it\u2019s over and the heroine has gone to take a bath, unaware of what\u2019s creeping slowly toward her from the shadows.<\/p>\n<p>The Great Reset is still very much alive, but your resistance temporarily shut it down, so it\u2019s changed its tactic. It was overt. Now it\u2019s covert. Now it\u2019s hoping to sneak in while you\u2019re not looking and snatch you up and swallow you down before you even know what\u2019s happening.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s incredibly important you don\u2019t let that happen.<\/p>\n<p>So \u2013 wake up, and wake other people up. Shake them. Yell at them.
