{"id":269364,"date":"2023-05-31T07:26:14","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T07:26:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=269364"},"modified":"2023-06-01T05:44:12","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T05:44:12","slug":"chicago-pride-event-will-feature-drag-dress-up-and-makeovers-for-children-sponsored-by-lululemon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=269364","title":{"rendered":"Chicago Pride Event Will Feature \u2018Drag Dress-up and Makeovers\u2019 for Children \u2014 Sponsored By Lululemon"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Cassandra MacDonald \u2013 The Gateway Pundit May 30, 2023<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Chicago\u2019s \u201cQueer Fam Pride Jam\u201d Pride event will feature \u201cdrag dress-up and makeovers\u201d for children.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The event will take place June 17 at the Salt Shed Fairgrounds from 10 am to 4 pm and is sponsored by Lululemon.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Chicago-Pride-Event-aimed-at-kids.webp\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-269366\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Chicago-Pride-Event-aimed-at-kids.webp\" alt=\"\" width=\"288\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/blockclubchicago.org\/2023\/05\/16\/queer-fam-pride-jam-brings-daytime-lgbtq-family-focused-pride-celebration-to-the-salt-shed\/\">report<\/a> from Block Club Chicago, \u201cThis free event, co-sponsored by Block Club, is a collaboration between the queer party producers of Slo \u2018Mo and the owners of Kido, an award-winning kids boutique in the South Loop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The event will also feature vendors, prioritizing those who are \u201cLGBTQ and Black, Indigenous and people of color.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe festival\u2019s programs include wellness activities facilitated by LGBTQ artists and healers, including family yoga and fan decorating, Kaza said. Day-long activities include fan decorating, drag dress-up and makeovers,\u201d the report continues. \u201cNatty Bwoy Bikes &amp; Boards, a local skateboarding school, will facilitate a skating area, and legendary house music choreographer Boogie McClarin will teach dance lessons, Kaza said.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The event will culminate in an all-ages \u201cdance party.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe dance party will put all of these components together,\u201d Kido owner Keewa Nurullah told Block Club. \u201cThey\u2019ll have learned the dances, they\u2019ll have the drag artwork on their face and they\u2019ll have had this entire day of fun to celebrate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kido, a children\u2019s boutique, has also previously organized a pro-abortion march.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegatewaypundit.com\/2023\/05\/chicago-pride-event-will-feature-drag-dress-up\/\">Source<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This has go to be more than a coincidence.
