Fox News quietly enforces woke pro-transgender workplace policies on its employees, even while it poses as a critical source of news about transgenderism, says a report at the Daily Signal.<\/p>\n

The May 22 report cites<\/a> the company\u2019s handbook for employees, saying that \u201ctransgender\u201d rights require that all other employees accept sex-switching claims without any \u201ctransphobic\u201d disagreement, complaints, or appeals to science:<\/p>\n

Under the category \u201cGender Transition,\u201d Fox\u2019s employee handbook promises that the company is dedicated to \u201cexpanding and strengthening\u201d efforts to \u201csustain a more inclusive work environment.\u201d The Fox employee handbook is posted on Workday, where employees can see company guidelines or policies, a former employee told The Daily Signal.<\/p>\n

\u201cEmployees who are transitioning their gender have the right to be open about their transition if they so choose, and to work in an environment free of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation, and without fear of consequences or transphobia for living openly,\u201d the policy says.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s HR department oversees large workforces in far-left jurisdictions in New York and Los Angeles and enforces the reality-twisting language and anti-majority social norms demanded by transgender groups. The report says:<\/p>\n

For the past several years, Fox\u00a0received a perfect score<\/a>\u00a0on the Human Rights Campaign\u2019s Corporate Equality Index, \u201cthe nation\u2019s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.\u201d\u00a0A former Fox News employee told The Daily Signal that the company frequently mentions this perfect score in employee training materials.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey want you to think it\u2019s this place that supports traditionally conservative values \u2026 in reality, they\u2019re pushing this nonsense behind the scenes,\u201d a former producer for Tucker Carlson told the Daily Signal.<\/p>\n

\u201cFox got rid of Tucker so they could deliver more [pro-transgender] conservatism,\u201d tweeted<\/a> conservative columnist Auron McIntyre after the Daily Signal report was published. \u201cThey\u2019re as woke as any corporation they pretend to rail against,\u201d McIntyre added.<\/p>\n

The two-track policy was also slammed<\/a> by Matt Walsh, a transgender-critical columnist at the Daily Wire:<\/p>\n
