The young boy was born with a rare birth defect causing irreversible kidney damage. Thankfully, Tanner\u2019s father, Dane Donaldson, is a suitable live kidney donor and has offered up his own vital organ to save his son\u2019s life.<\/p>\n<p>However, Cleveland Clinic Children\u2019s Hospital has refused to conduct the transplant surgery because Dane is not vaccinated against the coronavirus.
