An increasingly large number of U.S. voters are convinced that President Joe Biden is not the one who is making decisions on behalf of his administration, and that\u2019s a problem for the country.<\/p>\n

In the latest\u00a0Rasmussen Reports survey,<\/a> 55 percent said \u201cothers are making decisions for him behind the scenes,\u201d while just 38 percent said the president is \u201creally doing\u201d his job.<\/p>\n

\u201cFor the first time, a majority of U.S. voters say Joe Biden isn\u2019t in the driver\u2019s seat,\u201d Rasmussen tweeted.<\/p>\n

Chief Pollster Mark Mitchell says he has consistently surveyed likely voters about President Biden\u2019s leadership skills, and the latest results are the most negative so far, adding that Biden\u2019s short working hours and infrequent public exposure as adding to the view.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe number of voters thinking Biden is really doing the job of president has entirely collapsed, down six points from 44% just over two months ago. The \u2018others are making decisions for him\u2019 response is up seven points from 48% at the end of February. It looks like these presidential lids and pictures of notes from Biden\u2019s staged appearances might be starting to add up,\u201d he said this week.<\/p>\n

The Washington Examiner added: \u201cHis age has been a factor in several polls, but Rasmussen found that a huge 73% believe will be a serious factor in the election next year.\u201d<\/p>\n

Texas GOP Rep. Ronny Jackson, who previously served as the White House physician under the Obama and Trump administrations, says he has concerns about President Joe Biden.<\/p>\n

During an appearance on Fox News, Jackson spoke about the cancerous lesion that was removed from Biden and he believes it is not only the lesion that has to be removed. Jackson\u2019s comment, which was criticized by some, was his opinion that Biden needs to be removed from office.<\/p>\n

\u201cI wonder about the conversation about his capacity,\u201d the host said to Republican Texas Rep. Ronny Jackson. \u201cYou have been talking about the president\u2019s cognitive abilities being a national security risk. Tell us more.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe\u2019s what needs to be removed, not the lesion they found. But this is just another effort from his physician and from his medical team to distract. They\u2019re going to talk about this. They gave us a bunch of useless information about his cholesterol and stuff that no one cares about,\u201d the former White House doctor said.<\/p>\n

55% now say others are calling the shots behind the scenes.<\/p>\n

Only 32% of Independents say he is really doing the job of President.<\/p>\n
