Outside of that time frame, he\u2019s back to being Sleepy Joe, according to a new report.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, Axios reported that the Biden White House has a hard time planning any public and private events before midmorning and in the evening for the 46th president given his age and lack of energy. This, of course, comes as no surprise to most Americans who witness his diminished stamina and mental acuity on a near-daily basis.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBiden\u2019s close advisers say he\u2019s mentally sharp,\u201d Axios reported. \u201cBut even some of them concede his age has diminished his energy, significantly limiting his schedule.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>It sounds like a joke, but Axios even reported that \u201cMany White House officials say they\u2019re amazed at Biden\u2019s stamina \u2014 often adding the caveat: \u2018for his age.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Axios, Biden\u2019s 2023 schedule has just four public events before 10:00 a.m., 12 public events after 6:00 p.m., and 12 weekends out of the public spotlight.<\/p>\n<p>Even when Biden is in public during his purportedly preferred hours, he\u2019s not exactly functional. For example, on Thursday, Biden failed to remember the last country he visited when asked by a child.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve met with 89 heads of state so far,\u201d Biden said, \u201cSo, uh, I\u2019m trying to think what\u2019s the last place I was. \u2026 It\u2019s hard to keep track \u2026 uh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIreland!\u201d a kid in the crowd yelled.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYeah, you\u2019re right, Ireland,\u201d he replied. \u201cThat\u2019s what it was.
