NK \u2013 Terror on the Tube April 4, 2023<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The well-known independent investigator Richard D. Hall (producer of the\u00a0richplanet.net<\/a>\u00a0website) is being sued, for matters concerning his research on the Manchester arena terror-event of 22 May 2017:<\/p>\n

\u201cA civil case is being taken by alleged survivors of the Manchester Arena blast event, 22nd of May 2017, by Martin and Eve Hibbert \u2018who were left with severe disabilities\u2019.\u00a0 They are suing RDH for \u2018defamation and harassment\u2019 Mr Hibbert was \u2018paralysed from the waist down.’\u201d<\/p>\n

Richard D. Hall<\/p><\/div>\n

There are two different and separate questions here.\u00a0 The first is, whether RDH was correct in arguing that the event was simulated and that people were not really harmed by the blast and that the 22 fatalities of the event were not real.\u00a0 This he argued in his carefully-researched 400-page book \u2018The Night of the Bang.\u2019\u00a0 https:\/\/www.richplanet.net\/store\/books?product_id=421<\/a><\/p>\n

More recently he had produced four videos\u00a0https:\/\/www.richplanet.net\/richp_genre_menu.php?gen=2<\/a>\u00a0 numbers 269, 283, 284 and 285.\u00a0 It seems fair to say that he has investigated the event more thoroughly than anyone else.\u00a0\u00a0https:\/\/www.richplanet.net\/manchester.php<\/a><\/p>\n

If he is mistaken on this question,\u00a0that is not in itself a crime.<\/em><\/p>\n

We all make mistakes, after all.<\/p>\n

Thus, here is Martin Hibbert being interviewed\u00a0https:\/\/www.richplanet.net\/richp_guest.php?ref=924&part=1&person=19<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0and he does sound very credible.\u00a0 He is widely reported to have sustained 22 shrapnel wounds from the blast, is in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, and is lucky to be still alive:<\/p>\n

\u201cOn 22.7.21 Hibbert told a public enquiry that: he suffered shrapnel wounds including one that severed his spinal cord. He\u2019s now in a wheelchair.\u00a0 One bolt struck his daughter Eva in the head \u2018almost like she had been shot through the head\u2019.\u00a0 She was at the Royal Manchester hospital for 10 months.\u00a0 She made a \u2018miraculous recovery\u2019 but will need care for the rest of her life.\u201d<\/p>\n

The second question, is whether RDH has committed any crime.\u00a0 What he did is very clear: he parked his car outside someone\u2019s residence and used a camera \u2013 once, years ago.<\/p>\n

For doing this, an action was issued in the High Court on Friday 31 March, \u201cfor protection from harassment and misuse of private information.\u201d\u00a0 It \u201cincludes an application for a restraining injunction and damages.\u201d<\/p>\n

Damages \u2013 for what? What harassment?<\/p>\n

I suggest that only one thing is totally clear at this moment in time: the claim by Martin and Eve Hillard that they have suffered \u2018defamation and harassment\u2019 from RDH is totally spurious.<\/p>\n

It is not yet a crime to hold differing opinions about a past event, and I therefore suggest that they should apologise to RDH for this accusation.<\/p>\n
