But now, the two guys who have been talking the most sense about this war so far are coming out and talking about attacks being prepared all up and down the Russian line and even into Russia proper in the Kursk\/Belgorod region.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that Ukraine is attacking and Russia is on the defensive should come as no surprise to anyone who doesn\u2019t have his head stuck up into a place where even the radiant glory of Yahweh\u2019s angels\u2019 light don\u2019t shine.<\/p>\n<p>Again:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Russian army is fighting outnumbered.<\/li>\n<li>There is no mass one-sided slaughter of Ukrainian soldiers occurring.<\/li>\n<li>Both sides are slugging it out and taking heavy losses.<\/li>\n<li>Ukraine has been massing and preparing a new breakthrough army<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can pretend now that \u201cliterally everyone knew that this attack was going to occur, Rolo\u201d and that all is going according to Putin\u2019s Judo plan. But this is simply not true and really just a typical goalpost moving \u201cdefense in depth\u201d strategy being employed by the 5Ders. In the winter, they were talking about a massive Russian offensive. This never materialized. At the same time, the doomers such as myself were talking about how the attack would come from Ukraine, not Russia. Now, they pretend that they were in the know the whole time. Whats worse, their lying works because they probably aren\u2019t even aware that they\u2019re lying.<\/p>\n<p>They\u2019re just stupid, basically. And stupid people don\u2019t have long-term memories. That\u2019s why it\u2019s so easy for the elites to fool the peasants. That\u2019s also why it\u2019s so easy for the peasants to fool themselves!<\/p>\n<p>The new cope is that, yes, OK, there is going to be a big attack by Ukraine, but that this is actually a Russian trap, like the one in Kharkov and Kherson. These ladies have the inside scoop. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>But it is a point worth discussing. <strong>Namely, is Russia ready for this attack? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The short answer: <strong>no.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The longer answer: no, and here\u2019s why.<\/p>\n<p>Look, Russia\u2019s entire command structure is disjoined and constantly feuding with itself. Furthermore, the central government in Moscow has been shirking responsibility since the very first days of this war. They pushed off mobilization onto the regions, outsourced a key front to a PMC, and basically let Russian civil society pick up the slack when it came to making sure that the mobilized weren\u2019t sent naked to the front because they couldn\u2019t be bothered to check whether or not Shoigu or his predecessor had looted the warehouses before starting the Not-War.<\/p>\n<p>Belgorod is a Russian territory that Ukraine has already raided into several times and continually bombs. For many months, the Russian government pretended that this wasn\u2019t happening <em>because it was embarrassing. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Then, the Ukrainians mounted their most daring raid yet, and all of a sudden the Kremlin took notice, threatening swift and brutal consequences for Kiev.<\/p>\n<p>And the result?<\/p>\n<p>Russia lobbed a few more missiles at Kiev and power went out for a couple of hours, trains ran late, and the idiot gape-mouthed cheerleaders on Team Z ate it all up as if it were another big W for Russia. But it wasn\u2019t. In fact, it was literally the opposite of that.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, the Kremlin has proven that they will not actually punish Ukraine or NATO for that matter, no matter how many red lines the cross. Because Russia\u2019s elites do the \u201cbear\u201d minimum and \u201cbear\u201d endless provocations and \u201cbearly\u201d seem to be fighting back at all!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Q: So, who is organizing the defense of the Kursk region?<\/p>\n<p>Stop and think about it.<\/p>\n<p>Moscow?<\/p>\n<p>Nope, think again.<\/p>\n<p>A: It\u2019s the regional government there of course, ya dummy.<\/p>\n<p>Surprising? Why? That\u2019s just how Russia has been fighting this war, which we covered it a paragraph above. The most pressing problem still remains the Ukrainian push on the south to cut Crimea off.<\/p>\n<p>Now, this attack has been telegraphed since literally two months ago, at least. It is quite obvious that it was coming. It is even more obvious than the Kharkov attack and the Kherson attack, really.<\/p>\n<p>Ukraine is already sending probes against Russia\u2019s positions. These are suicide missions. But hey, if you have the men, and don\u2019t care about said men, why not?<\/p>\n<p>From <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/rybar\/44994\">Rybar<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">On March 23-24, in the Zaporozhye direction, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine planned to launch a counteroffensive. According to the enemy&#8217;s plan, the main blow was to fall on the Orekhovsky sector: a strike force was created in the city up to a reinforced battalion tactical group.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">According to @ZSU_Hunter_2_0, the command of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the RF Armed Forces decided to inflict massive fire damage on exposed enemy positions and warehouses. The offensive was thwarted before it even started.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">From 21.00 to midnight on March 22, hotels and schools were hit in the city, which were used to accommodate personnel of both the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the recently formed Chervona Kalina assault brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine &#8211; in total, more than 20 targets were covered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Several warehouses with ammunition, artillery shells, ATGMs, and equipment parking were put out of action.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Estimated losses of the enemy reach half a thousand people killed and wounded. The Internet was turned off in the city to prevent information leaks. The wounded are taken out through Zaliznichnoe towards Gulyaipole.<\/p>\n<p>This is a repeat of what was done many times before already, most notably in Kherson, before the Russians simply gave up and pulled back because they knew that they were too heavily outnumbered.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, the signs of this coming attack are simply too obvious to ignore now.<\/p>\n<p>All that being said, I can\u2019t say that I\u2019m confident that Russia has enough men to hold them off. If I were judging from Russia\u2019s track record in this war so far, I would have to assume that they aren\u2019t prepared at all. Either way, probably less than a month to go at this point until we find out.<\/p>\n<p>Also, have you forgotten about <a href=\"https:\/\/roloslavskiy.substack.com\/p\/ukraine-is-going-to-go-on-the-offensive\">the bet that we made a while back<\/a>?<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I say we make a bet going forward. They have been wrong too many times to count, but they never seem to incur a penalty for this. Read \u2018em and weep!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">**<\/p>\n<p>I noticed while googling around that a forum dedicated to ouija board aliens had some of my posts linked on their Russia-Ukraine war megathread. So I went ahead and signed up to join the discussion.<\/p>\n<p>And I got muted almost immediately. Lol.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, despite being Russia experts, they seem to think that the main group of people who are pushing the US into war with Russia are the &#8211; wait for it, wait for it &#8211; <em>the \u201cpsychopaths\u201d<\/em>. But, it appears to just be a limited hangout for pompous spiritual boomers. Many such cases. Gotta have the fundamentals down. You just gotta. Anyways, my attempt to discuss the war went nowhere over there either. Unless you speak Russian and use Telegram that is.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">**<\/p>\n<p>Anyways, this little foray into the unknown got me thinking again about why people are so easily deluded about the war or Qanon or whatever else. I think this goes even deeper than just simple run-of-the-mill peasant gullibility or low IQ.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ve blamed bad metaphysics for this before and I wanted to flesh the idea out a bit further here. My argument is NOT that going to Church and listening to the priests makes you lose IQ points.<\/p>\n<p>I mean, I do believe that actually, but that\u2019s not related to the argument that I\u2019m bringing up here and now.<\/p>\n<p>Basically, I\u2019m saying that the logic of people who think that Russia is winning is fundamentally based on their understanding of metaphysics and their undying misguided belief that morality = metaphysics. Of course, there are exceptions to this rule, and I\u2019m generalizing, but judge for yourself if you don\u2019t see some merit in my observations.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s the unsaid chain of thoughts in most people\u2019s heads:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>God is good and all-powerful therefore the good guys win wars like in the Bible.<\/li>\n<li>America promotes sodomy and tranny surgery now and Russia does not<\/li>\n<li>God will punish America and her allies and reward Russia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Now, you can even strip this logic down of its Christian elements and you will find that most people still use the basic structure. In this world, those with the most power win. So, to determine who will win this war, all we have to do is figure out who is more powerful and who understands power better.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s all.<\/p>\n<p>Then, once the powerful have won, they will also magically become the most moral.<\/p>\n<p>See how that works?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">**<\/p>\n<p>And finally, a corollary prediction: if, or simply when Russia loses, the peasants will simply say that Russia deserved to lose because, upon further research, Russia was too corrupt or immoral. Only then will they consult my blog to figure out why their god let the good guys lose.
