Ladapo<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The FDA Commissioner Robert Califf and the CDC Director Rochelle Walensky teamed up to issue a strong rebuke to Florida\u2019s Surgeon General Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo for issuing a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.floridahealth.gov\/newsroom\/2023\/02\/20230215-updated-health-alert.pr.html\">health alert<\/a> that his state\u2019s surveillance system reported a major uptick in adverse events in concert with the rollout of the Covid mRNA shots.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn Florida alone, there was a 1,700% increase in VAERS reports after the release of the COVID-19 vaccine, compared to an increase of 400% in overall vaccine administration for the same time period<em>,\u201d<\/em> the alert added and provided a graphic.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_266328\" style=\"width: 650px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/FLORIDAVAERS-1536x847-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-266328\" class=\"wp-image-266328\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/FLORIDAVAERS-1536x847-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"353\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/FLORIDAVAERS-1536x847-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/FLORIDAVAERS-1536x847-1-480x265.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 640px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-266328\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Click to enlarge<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u201cThe reporting of life-threatening conditions increased over 4,400%,\u201d the alert continued. \u201cThis is a novel increase and was not seen during the 2009 H1N1 vaccination campaign. There is a need for additional unbiased research to better understand the COVID-19 vaccines\u2019 short- and long-term effects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The health alert attached three medical studies that assessed \u201cexcess risk\u201d and \u201cincreased risk\u201d of adverse events associated with the Covid mRNA shots.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>According to a study,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/36055877\/?utm_source=floridahealth.gov&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=newsroom&amp;utm_content=article&amp;url_trace_7f2r5y6=https:\/\/www.floridahealth.gov\/newsroom\/2023\/02\/20230215-updated-health-alert.pr.html\">Fraiman J et al,\u00a0<em>Vaccine.<\/em>\u00a02022<\/a>, mRNA COVID-19 vaccines were associated with an excess risk of serious adverse events, including coagulation disorders, acute cardiac injuries, Bell\u2019s palsy, and encephalitis. This risk was 1 in 550 individuals, which is much higher than other vaccines.<\/li>\n<li>A second study,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/35484304\/?utm_source=floridahealth.gov&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=newsroom&amp;utm_content=article&amp;url_trace_7f2r5y6=https:\/\/www.floridahealth.gov\/newsroom\/2023\/02\/20230215-updated-health-alert.pr.html\">Sun CLF et al,\u00a0<em>Sci Rep.<\/em>\u00a02022<\/a>, found increased acute cardiac arrests and other acute cardiac events following mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jamanetwork.com\/journals\/jamanetworkopen\/fullarticle\/2793348?utm_source=floridahealth.gov&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=newsroom&amp;utm_content=article&amp;url_trace_7f2r5y6=https:\/\/www.floridahealth.gov\/newsroom\/2023\/02\/20230215-updated-he%20\">Dag Berild J et al,\u00a0<em>JAMA Netw Open<\/em>. 2022<\/a>, assessed the risk of thromboembolic and thrombocytopenic events related to COVID-19 vaccines and found preliminary evidence of increased risk of both coronary disease and cardiovascular disease.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In October, the State Surgeon General recommended against males aged 18 to 39 from receiving the mRNA COVID-19 vaccines.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Florida Department of Health (Department) conducted an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/floridahealthcovid19.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/20221007-guidance-mrna-covid19-vaccines-analysis.pdf?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=govdelivery\">analysis<\/a>\u00a0through a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bmj.com\/content\/354\/bmj.i4515?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=govdelivery\">self-controlled case series,<\/a> which is a technique originally developed to evaluate vaccine safety,\u201d Ladapo announced in a press release.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis analysis found that there is an 84% increase in the relative incidence of cardiac-related death among males 18-39 years old within 28 days following mRNA vaccination,\u201d the announcement stated. \u201cWith a high level of global immunity to COVID-19, the benefit of vaccination is likely outweighed by this abnormally high risk of cardiac-related death among men in this age group. Non-mRNA vaccines were not found to have these increased risks.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FDA and CDC chiefs lashed out at Dr. Ladapo in a joint letter dated on March 10.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is the job of public health officials around the country to protect the lives of the populations they serve, particularly the vulnerable,\u201d the co-authors claimed. \u201cFueling vaccine hesitancy undermines this effort.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The letter thus lays out that it is the mission of these \u201cpublic health agencies\u201d to diminish \u201cvaccine hesitancy,\u201d rather than to be upfront and transparent with the American people about the relative risks of Covid vaccination for each individual patient.<\/p>\n<p>The letter does not address the scientific research cited by Dr. Ladapo. It also fails to acknowledge the CDC\u2019s own data that show there is <a href=\"https:\/\/covid19serohub.nih.gov\/\">near-universal natural immunity<\/a> from prior infection in the U.S. population. It also does not recognize that the <a href=\"https:\/\/beckernews.com\/the-cdc-finally-concedes-that-natural-immunity-is-superior-to-vaccinated-immunity-49450\/\">CDC\u2019s own research<\/a> shows that natural immunity is superior to vaccinated immunity in many aspects.<\/p>\n<p>However, the FDA and CDC launched into a broadside againt Dr. Ladapo with a polemical defense of Covid vaccination in all cases, regardless of natural immunity or diminished risk due to age.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe claim that the increase of VAERS reports of life-threatening conditions reported from Florida and elsewhere represents an increase of risk caused by the COVID-19 vaccines is incorrect, misleading and could be harmful to the American public,\u201d the agency heads argued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReports of adverse events to VAERS following vaccination do not mean that a vaccine caused the event,\u201d the co-authors lectured Dr. Ladapo, who is a Harvard-educated doctor. \u201cAdverse events must be compared to background rates in the population.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FDA and CDC heads nonetheless acknowledged there are \u201crare adverse reactions\u201d to specific Covid-19 vaccines, while providing more information about alternative monitoring systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis VAERS review methodology allows for successful identification of rare adverse reactions related to specific COVID-19 vaccines (e.g., Guillain-Barr\u00e9 Syndrome, thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome , and immune thrombocytopenia following use of the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine or myocarditis, pericarditis and anaphylaxis following use of the Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines),\u201d the co-authors wrote.\u201dInformation about these adverse reactions is included in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/emergency-preparedness-and-response\/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19\/covid-19-vaccines\">fact sheets for healthcare providers<\/a> administering vaccine and vaccine recipients and caregivers. FDA and CDC also continue to post summaries of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/vaccines\/safety\/adverse-events.html\">key safety monitoring findings<\/a> and present the data publicly at regularly scheduled advisory committee meetings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn addition to VAERS, FDA and CDC utilize complementary active surveillance systems to monitor the safety of COVID-19 vaccines,\u201d the letter added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFDA is conducting active surveillance using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/vaccines-blood-biologics\/safety-availability-biologics\/cber-biologics-effectiveness-and-safety-best-system\">Sentinel BEST<\/a> (Biologics Effectiveness and Safety) System and collaborating with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA),\u201d the letter continued. \u201cThese efforts complement those of CDC\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/vaccinesafety\/ensuringsafety\/monitoring\/vsd\/index.html\">Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD)<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/coronavirus\/2019-ncov\/vaccines\/safety\/vsafe.html\">v-safe text-based monitoring system<\/a> for conducting surveillance of adverse events, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/vaccinesafety\/ensuringsafety\/monitoring\/cisa\/index.html\">the Clinical Immunization Safety Assessment (CISA) Project<\/a>. FDA and CDC are also collaborating with other non-federal partners, including state and local health departments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The agency heads then continue to give the same overgeneralized advice on Covid vaccination without acknowledging the disparity in risks between those with natural immunity and those without it, age demographics, and health factors such as obesity. It is the same one-size-fits-all advice that has usurped the role of the states and citizens\u2019 personal physicians.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBased on available information for the COVID-19 vaccines that are authorized or approved in the United States, the known and potential benefits of these vaccines clearly outweigh their known and potential risks,\u201d the CDC and FDA claim. \u201cAdditionally, not only is there no evidence of increased risk of death following mRNA vaccines, but available data have shown quite the opposite: that being up to date on vaccinations saves lives compared to individuals who did not get vaccinated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The CDC and FDA then claim that there is a 9.8 fold lower risk of dying from Covid if one is up to date on the latest \u201cboosters.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe most recent estimate is that those who are up to date on their vaccination status have a 9.8 fold lower risk of dying from COVID-19 than those who are unvaccinated and 2.4 fold lower risk of dying from Covid-19 than those who were vaccinated but had not received the updated, bivalent vaccine,\u201d the co-authors claim. \u201cRoughly 90% of deaths from COVID-19, as carefully classified by the CDC, in recent months have occurred among those who were not up to date on their vaccines. Furthermore, as stated above, emerging reports indicate a possible reduction in the risk of post-COVID conditions in vaccinated people who survive an infection.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FDA and CDC are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2022\/11\/23\/vaccinated-people-now-make-up-majority-covid-deaths\/\">moving the goalposts<\/a> by pushing boosters to cover up for the failure of the \u201cvaccines\u201d to stop infection and transmission of the virus. Furthermore, Covid vaccination only provides marginal and fleeting benefit to those without natural immunity, while presenting a risk of short-term and long-term side effects.<\/p>\n<p>The FDA and CDC are still stubbornly defending the Covid mRNA shots while attacking anyone who wants to present a more balanced risk assessment.
