Washington\u2019s Democrat Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, wants to be governor.\u00a0 He thinks the best way to accomplish his goal is to build gulags & psych hospitals, much like in Soviet Russia, and populate them with Christians, Conservatives and Republicans.\u00a0 If House Bill 1333<\/a> passes and Democrat Governor Jay Inslee signs it (he will), Ferguson\u2019s office will have the power to arrest and\/or civilly commit<\/strong> anyone for uttering \u201cwrong\u201d<\/em> facts.\u00a0 This is a terrifying plan to redefine \u201cdomestic terrorism<\/em>\u201d to punish \u201cconservative\u201d<\/em> speech.<\/p>\n

Ferguson seems especially afraid of \u201colder\u201d Americans because they have more knowledge of and respect for the Bill of Rights THAT EXISTS IN NO OTHER COUNTRY ON EARTH: \u201cWhat can we do to prevent the radicalization of folks who are a bit older, in their 40s, their 50s, their 60s?\u00a0 And help them to get out of that if they are radicalized.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 He mentioned forced counseling.<\/p>\n

COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DMV, WIND UP IN PRISON OR PSYCH WARD<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The AG defines \u201cdomestic violence extremism\u201d<\/em> as much more than real, blood-in-the-streets violence.\u00a0 Ferguson includes \u201conline disinformation\u201d<\/em> and \u201canti-government ideologies\u201d<\/em> as examples of the \u201cdomestic violence extremism\u201d<\/em> they want to criminalize.\u00a0 Actually, street violence is acceptable under this bill, so long as it is committed by thugs pushing a Marxist agenda.<\/p>\n

Ferguson\u2019s office claims conservative views, or anything he deems as \u201cmisinformation,\u201d<\/em> are examples of \u201cdomestic extremism<\/em>.\u201d \u00a0He also wants to create a Washington State version of Biden\u2019s Ministry of Truth<\/a> to fund journalists to push his political agenda.\u00a0\u00a0 [Oregon has pending legislation<\/a> to pay newspapers for pushing left-wing propaganda.]<\/p>\n

HB 1333<\/a>\u00a0would create a Domestic Violent Extremism Commission in the AG\u2019s office, staffed only with Democrats, Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, Communists and Marxists. The members will recommend legislative \u201csolutions to combat disinformation and misinformation, address early signs of radicalization, and develop a public health-style response.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Of course, if free thinking were a \u201cpublic health\u201d<\/em> issue, it would be housed in the Department of Health, not in the Attorney General\u2019s office. \u00a0The commission\u2019s \u201ccomprehensive\u201d<\/em> report will evaluate current laws and tools to tackle what they\u2019re calling right-wing extremism, such as Christianity<\/a>, and propose new legislation where there are holes.<\/p>\n

FERGUSON BRAGS HE PLANS TO TARGET SPEECH, NOT VIOLENCE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In an interview with\u00a0PBS<\/a>, which calls the legislation a potential \u201cmodel for the nation,\u201d <\/em><\/strong>Ferguson comes across as the weaselly\u00a0hater he is. Perhaps he took his marching orders from Biden when he called Republicans \u201csemi-fascists\u201d<\/a> last fall. Or, perhaps he wants to fill Washington\u2019s prisons with political prisoners much like the corrupt US Attorney General has done<\/a>. He told the PBS interviewer that the federal definition of domestic terrorism is \u201ctoo narrow for the great threat that we see with the increase of radicalization, for example.\u201d<\/em><\/strong>He is seeking legislative powers to intervene when he hears speech he disagrees with.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo we\u2019re trying to broaden that term to address things that are not specifically a threat to somebody, but where the state can take some action in prevention, for example, take a more holistic approach, a public health approach, to address what we all see and know is happening in communities all across the country,\u201d<\/em><\/strong>he said.<\/p>\n

Ferguson told PBS he could envision compelling \u201cextremists\u201d<\/em> to enter counseling, just like the Soviets did. \u00a0For example, if a white American knows there are only two genders and mentions that to a Liberal, that Liberal can then turn him into the police, much like what is currently being done under Red Flag Laws<\/a>. He could then be counseled into thinking there are 74 genders. And if he doesn\u2019t fall in line, he could be criminally charged, and\/or thrown into a psych ward specially designed for people who believe in reality.<\/p>\n

PERSECUTING WHITE CONSERVATIVES<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The AG\u2019s office makes it clear that they\u2019re primarily interested in targeting WHITE PEOPLE. \u00a0Indeed, his office rejected the term \u201cdomestic terrorist\u201d<\/em> because they believed it was too \u201ctriggering\u201d<\/em> to \u201cnon-white\u201d <\/em>communities.\u00a0 Ferguson is looking for creative ideas to\u00a0criminally<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0charge anyone who protests government overreach.<\/p>\n

Ferguson has indicated that his office would use social media posts to find the \u201cextremists,\u201d<\/em> with their data being collected and stored by the government.\u00a0 Only Leftist NGOs (such as those funded by George Soros), bureaucrats, Democrat politicians and various members of the Hate-America Cult will be defining which speech is acceptable and which is not.<\/p>\n

The Left uses claims of disinformation or misinformation to smear opponents as extremists so that they can\u2019t hold any influence over public debates. If this Orwellian plan is actually implemented, they\u2019ll be able to use this strategy to silence opposition by throwing Americans in jail or having them committed under a \u201cpublic health approach.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The bill asks the Marxist commission to evaluate, \u201ccurrent legal tools, both civil and criminal, and making recommendations for potential new legislation and regulations to address violent domestic extremism.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

BLACK LIVES MATTER & ANTIFA ARE NOT DEEMED DOMESTIC TERRORISTS<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The AG\u2019s office is coming for Conservatives, or for anyone who voices a \u201cconservative\u201d<\/em> thought.\u00a0 This commission is specifically designed to target white Conservatives and quash ANY Government opposition, which is why the legislation purposefully omits Antifa and Black Lives Matter (BLM) violence<\/a> & rhetoric.\u00a0 Indeed, it expressly supports their tactics. \u00a0Snohomish County Councilmember Megan Dunn testified in support of the bill. \u00a0During the BLM\/Antifa riots in 2020 she\u00a0endorsed their use of Molotov cocktail attacks<\/a>\u00a0calling them \u201cgood reminders\u201d to be civilly engaged.<\/p>\n

When this bill was introduced, there was no mention of Black Lives Matter and Antifa violence, despite the months-long, politically-inspired violence and threats in 2020 that led to the murder of two black teens in Seattle, an attempt to burn officers alive inside a police precinct after terrorists had attempted to seal it shut, billions of dollars in property damage and thousands of injuries.<\/p>\n

During their presentation the bill\u2019s promoters criticized a bail fund allegedly used to bail out members of \u201cright-wing\u201d Proud Boys, with NO mention of the exact same strategy used by BLM and Antifa terrorists and openly promoted by VP candidate Kamala Harris.<\/p>\n

Promoters of this bill claim that \u201cwhite supremacists\u201d<\/a> have a \u201ccommon cause\u201d with \u201canti-mask and anti-vaccine narratives<\/a>,\u201d and \u201canti-critical race theory narratives,\u201d <\/a>and with those who voice concerns about election security<\/a> and those who know there are only two genders.<\/p>\n

FERGUSON KNOWS HIS PLANS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ferguson hopes to criminalize speech he doesn\u2019t like. And if you get in his way, he\u2019ll call you an extremist.\u00a0 His approach is unquestionably unconstitutional, BUT before the US Supreme Court has a chance to shoot it down and release all his political prisoners, there will be tens of thousands of victims. \u00a0He\u2019s hoping that a friendly Washington State Supreme Court will give him a pass. And given that the commission has two years to complete its research, Ferguson is hoping that Liberals\/Marxists<\/a> will control the U.S. Supreme Court when it ultimately arrives on their desks.<\/p>\n
