Wade.<\/p>\n<p>Terrell suggested that Lightfoot\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-chicago-mayor-lightfoot-takes-stage-scream-profanities-scotus\/\">profane rant<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 where she shouted \u201cF*** Clarence Thomas!\u201d during an LGBT \u201cpride\u201d event \u2014 was essentially a dog whistle inciting left-wing violence against the conservative justice.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>WARNING: The following video contains vulgar language that some viewers may find offensive.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Chicago mayor Lori Lightfoot takes the stage and proclaims, &quot;F*ck Clarence Thomas.&quot; <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/fLur8ussTi\">pic.twitter.com\/fLur8ussTi<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; The Post Millennial (@TPostMillennial) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TPostMillennial\/status\/1541290850109513730?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 27, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is very, very upsetting. The profanity she used at Clarence Thomas justifies why these Supreme Court justices need protection 24\/7,\u201d Terrell said Tuesday on Fox News\u2019 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/leo-terrell-slams-lori-lightfoot-clarence-thomas-remark-sent-coded-message\">Fox &amp; Friends<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know what she did? She sent a coded message by using the F-word, by saying, \u2018Hey, I don\u2019t care what happens to him. I don\u2019t care. I don\u2019t care about his security. I don\u2019t care about his safety,&#8217;\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Terrell said Lightfoot and others on the left are pushing violence against the court, citing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/suspect-kavanaugh-assassination-attempt-identified-officially-charged\/\">plot to kill Justice Brett Kavanaugh<\/a> earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUsing the F-bomb as a sitting mayor, and looking at what happened with the attempted assassination of Justice Kavanaugh, they\u2019re trying to divert anger at the Supreme Court justices,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd they picked Clarence Thomas. He didn\u2019t even write the lead opinion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Terrell said Lightfoot is noisily focusing on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/1st-murder-charge-linked-roe-reversal-protests-filed\/\">abortion<\/a> to deflect attention from the ongoing, terrifying crime waves roiling her city.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know what this is? This is a lie and a distraction from the crime that is going on in Chicago. \u2026 She\u2019s trying to use this as a distraction. It\u2019s insulting,\u201d he said<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NtDvKXv2iAI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n&#8212;<\/div>\n<p>As a reminder, 24 people were shot and five died in violence over the weekend in Chicago, which has among the strictest <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/pregnant-woman-used-ar-15-drop-armed-robber-attacking-11-year-old-daughter\/\">gun control<\/a>\u00a0laws in the country.<\/p>\n<p>As usual, most of the victims and the perpetrators were black, yet there was little left-wing outrage over the loss of these black lives.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Chicago weekend shootings: 25 shot, 5-month-old baby among 5 killed in violence across city, CPD says &#8211; ABC7 Chicago <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/0vZZ8x73ht\">https:\/\/t.co\/0vZZ8x73ht<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; MichaelRapaport (@MichaelRapaport) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MichaelRapaport\/status\/1541395523545997312?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 27, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chicago has had a Democratic mayor for the past 91 years as crime and murder rates spiked to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=chicago+weekend+murders&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=nws&amp;sa=X&amp;ved=2ahUKEwictuvXx9L4AhXxhIkEHfrCARQQ_AUoAXoECAEQAw&amp;biw=1616&amp;bih=891&amp;dpr=1.25\">alarming proportions<\/a> we now accept as \u201cnormal\u201d for the liberal city.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/armed-man-allegedly-wanted-kill-brett-kavanaugh-arrested-near-supreme-court-justices-home\/\">Kavanaugh<\/a> aren\u2019t the only justices who have been targeted in recent weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Leftists surrounded the home of Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/amy-coney-barretts-neighbor-message-leftist-protesters-picketing-house\/\">Amy Coney Barrett<\/a> (who has seven children) in an attempt to threaten her ahead of the Supreme Court\u2019s abortion ruling on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Last month, Justice Samuel Alito and his family were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/justice-alito-cancels-appearance-reports-indicate-family-moved-undisclosed-location\/\">forced to move<\/a> to an undisclosed location following a barrage of left-wing threats.<\/p>\n<p>These menacing incidents spotlight once again that when it comes to any major issue, today\u2019s unhinged left always misses the forest for the trees.<\/p>\n<p>Leftists are rioting and hyperventilating over the Supreme Court\u2019s correct decision to relegate abortion as a states\u2019 rights issue pursuant to the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, they ignore or downplay the daily problems facing Americans, including skyrocketing grocery costs, soaring gas prices and surging crime.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">We&#39;ve got mass casualty events due to Biden&#39;s border policy; we&#39;ve got an inflation-ridden economy and gas over $5; we&#39;ve got no exit plan in Ukraine.
