Allegations of Pentagon-funded biolaboratories in Ukraine have long been dismissed by Washington as Russian disinformation. But as more information comes to light including documents revealing Pentagons plan to use Ukraine biolabs to attack Russia<\/a>, it becomes increasingly complicated to keep denying the charges.<\/p>\n

Moscow alleged on Wednesday that records and other proof from US-funded labs in Ukraine indicate Kiev planned to employ drones to deliver pathogens against the Donbass as well as Russia itself.<\/p>\n

The Defense Ministry reportedly claims to have discovered<\/a> particular US personnel engaged in bioweapons development in the East European country. There was no tangible proof to substantiate the claim.<\/p>\n

\u201cDocuments testifying to the plans of the Kiev regime to use unmanned aerial vehicles capable of carrying and spraying deadly substances\u201d are of special importance to Russian authorities, according to military spokesperson Major General Igor Konashenkov during a conference.<\/p>\n

According to Konashenkov, information in the Russian military\u2019s hands \u201cprove that the Kiev regime was seriously considering the possibility of using biological weapons against the population of the Donbass and the Russian Federation.\u201d<\/p>\n

The general went on to say that Russia had uncovered \u201cspecific officials who took part in the creation of components of biological weapons.\u201d\u00a0 He did not identify them, merely stating that they were \u201cthe heads of divisions and employees of the US Department of Defense, as well as its main contractors.\u201d<\/p>\n

Such campaigns were\u00a0 \u201cdirectly related to the son of the current US president, Hunter Biden,\u201d\u00a0Konashenkov said, referencing Western media probes. Biden\u2019s connections to the Pentagon contractor Metabiota<\/a>, which specializes in investigating potential pandemic-causing pathogens that may be deployed as bioweapons, were revealed in emails released the other week.<\/p>\n

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, commander of the Russian Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Protection Forces, raised Biden\u2019s participation in US financing of Ukrainian biolabs<\/a> in a conference last Thursday.<\/p>\n

Konashenkov assured that the findings of the additional investigation of papers and other evidence gathered from Ukrainian biolabs would be presented in greater detail \u201cin the near future at a special briefing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Allegations of Pentagon-funded biolaboratories in Ukraine have long been dismissed by Washington as \u201cRussian disinformation.\u201d Nonetheless, US diplomat Victoria Nuland testified before the Senate earlier in the month that there really\u00a0were\u00a0\u201cbiological research laboratories in Ukraine\u201d\u00a0and that the US was collaborating with Kiev \u201cto ensure that the materials of biological research do not fall into the hands of Russian forces.\u201d<\/p>\n
