A blind Bulgarian mystic suggested a Russian named Vladimir would become \u2018Lord of the World\u2019 more than 30 years before Putin\u2019s war in Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Baba Vanga, who died in 1996, was nicknamed the \u2018Nostradamus of the Balkans\u2019 for correctly predicting\u00a09\/11<\/a>,\u00a0Brexit<\/a>\u00a0and the rise of ISIS, according to her followers.<\/p>\n

Studies suggest her alleged prophecies had an 85% success rate, which made her popular across Europe and former Soviet Union nations.<\/p>\n

As Putin continues his invasion in Ukraine<\/a>, Baba Vanga\u2019s predictions about\u00a0Russia\u2019s future<\/a>\u00a0have come to light once again.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>\u2018Too much is brought in a victim. Nobody can stop Russia,\u2019 she told Russian writer Valentin Sidorov, the\u00a0Daily Mail<\/a>\u00a0reports.<\/p>\n

\u2018All will thaw, as if ice, only one remain untouched \u2013 Vladimir\u2019s glory, glory of Russia.<\/p>\n

\u2018All will be removed by her from the way and not only will be kept, but also becomes the lord of the world.\u2019<\/p>\n

Baba Vanga died at the age of 85 in 1996 after spending most of her life in a small mountain village in Bulgaria.<\/p>\n

At the time of her death, Putin was the leader of the Saint Petersburg branch of the liberal party in power.<\/p>\n

But given the ongoing fears of Russia starting World War Three, some people believe Baba Vanga may have predicted Putin\u2019s global domination.<\/p>\n

After the Second World War, various eastern European and Soviet leaders sought Baba Vanga\u2019s advice, believing her to be an oracle.<\/p>\n

Many of her\u00a0followers believe she foresaw 9\/11<\/a>\u00a0among several other major events.<\/p>\n

In 1989, she said: \u2018American brethren will fall after being attacked by the steel birds\u2026 and innocent blood will be gushing.\u2019<\/p>\n

This is what some see as a prediction of the terrorist attacks in New York in 2001, when two planes hit the World Trade Center.<\/p>\n

Other visions are said to include the Chernobyl tragedy in 1986, Princess Diana\u2019s death in 1997 and the dissolution of the Soviet Union.<\/p>\n
