A new bill<\/a> proposed in the Golden State would classify any defiance by medical professionals of the \u201ccontemporary scientific consensus\u201d on the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) as \u201cunprofessional conduct.\u201d<\/p>\n

Co-written by five California Assembly and Senate members, the proposed bill<\/a> was introduced to the Assembly Committee on Business and Professions by Democratic Assemblyman Evan Low. It could be reviewed as soon as March 17 during an Assembly Committee hearing.<\/p>\n

According to an independent review of the legislation\u2019s provisions, it would subject doctors who defy the prevailing narrative surrounding the Fauci Flu to a formal review by the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California.<\/p>\n

\u201cExisting law requires the applicable board to take action against any licensed physician and surgeon who is charged with unprofessional conduct, as provided,\u201d the bill reads. (Related: Democratic Assemblymen in California also introduced another bill<\/a> to force all employees in the state to be vaccinated.)<\/p>\n

\u201cThis bill would designate the dissemination or promotion of misinformation or disinformation related to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, or \u2018COVID-19,\u2019 as unprofessional conduct.\u201d<\/p>\n

The stated purpose of the bill is to punish doctors, surgeons and other medical professionals in the state who \u201cdisseminate or promote misinformation or disinformation related to COVID-19, including false or misleading information regarding the nature and risks of the virus, its prevention and treatment; and the development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines.\u201d<\/p>\n

In other states, the government is already punishing detractors and resisters of the official narrative with suspension of their medical licenses, for instance. Doctors who prescribe ivermectin, for example, are having their careers placed in jeopardy by corrupt state medical boards.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe bill is meant to quell any dissent from the left\u2019s rhetoric on COVID and to prevent medical professionals from treating their patients as they see fit,\u201d reported 100percentfedup.com<\/em>\u2018s Amber Crawford.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis bill also contradicts the central idea of the scientific process which is to share and debate ideas to reach the most accurate conclusions.\u201d<\/p>\n

Should the bill pass, Los Angeles psychiatrist Mark McDonald is planning to sue the state of California.<\/p>\n
