When I discussed taking a cognitive test with President Trump, he was eager to assure the American people,&#8217; he said<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Lawmakers even suggest that Biden may be showing Alzheimer&#8217;s\u00a0symptoms\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>They cited recent examples including him forgetting names and the hot mic moment where he called Fox News&#8217; Peter Doocy a &#8216;stupid son of a b****&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>A recent poll shows 49 percent of Americans don&#8217;t believe Biden is mentally fit while 40 percent believe he is &#8212; a six point loss of confidence from November\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Elizabeth Elkind \u2013 Daily Mail Feb 9, 2022<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>More than three dozen House Republicans are demanding President <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/joe-biden\/index.html\"><strong>Joe Biden<\/strong><\/a> submits to a cognitive test and outlined their concerns about his fitness for office in a searing letter sent on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Thirty-seven <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/republicans\/index.html\"><strong>GOP<\/strong><\/a> lawmakers signed onto the letter, written by former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/white-house\/index.html\"><strong>White House<\/strong><\/a> physician Rep. Ronny Jackson, and cited recent examples of the 79-year-old&#8217;s &#8216;mental decline&#8217; including forgetting numbers and names and hot mic moments.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;The American people should have absolute confidence in their President. They deserve to know that he or she can perform the duties of Head of State and Commander-in-Chief,&#8217; the letter, obtained by DailyMail.com, states.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;They deserve full transparency on\u00a0the mental capabilities of their highest elected leader.
