And he knows it. Five years ago, he celebrated the fact that he was a BIG DEAL with the song <em>Starboy<\/em> where he poignantly sings: \u201cI\u2019m motherf*cking starboy\u201d. More importantly, the video symbolically depicted his <a href=\"https:\/\/vigilantcitizen.com\/musicbusiness\/occult-meaning-weeknds-starboy\/\">ascension to a higher level in the music industry<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As an ultimate confirmation of his superstardom, The Weeknd performed at the 2021 Super Bowl halftime show \u2013 the biggest televised event of the year.
