If they get their way, you won&#8217;t even be able to save money and will be living hand-to-mouth. Digital currency will be like a high-tech ration card, only valid for a given time and not renewed unless you are sufficiently obedient to the state.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The paper attempts to present expiring currency as a beneficial idea.
