The World Economic Forum (WEF) which represents the Western financial elites, played a key role in the launching of the March 11, 2020 lockdown, which was conducive to a Worldwide process of economic and social chaos.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

And now what they are saying is that another devastating Worldwide economic and social crisis<\/a> is likely to occur in the wake of the so-called Covid-19 pandemic.<\/em><\/p>\n

The WEF is now pointing to:\u00a0\u201c<\/em>A cyber-attack with COVID-like characteristics\u201d, <\/em><\/strong>which\u00a0promises to be far more devastating and chaotic than the Covid-19 pandemic.<\/em><\/p>\n

The World Economic Forum\u2019s \u201cConcept 2021\u201d. Cyber Polygon Scenario<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The World Economic Forum (WEF) which co-sponsored Event\u00a0201,<\/strong> the table top simulation of the corona pandemic together with John Hopkins and the Gates Foundation in October 2019, has been involved in another strategic exercise entitled\u00a0Concept 2021.\u00a0<\/strong>The latter is described as an:<\/p>\n

\u201cinternational capacity building initiative aimed at\u00a0raising the\u00a0global cyber resilience\u201d.<\/p>\n

It is not a table top simulation comparable to Event 201.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Last year it was conducted at the height of the lockdown via video conferencing. This year, the 2021 Conference \u201cdiscussed the \u201ckey risks of\u00a0digitalization\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Those participating in the\u00a0Cyber Polygon Exercise <\/strong>(2020)\u00a0<\/strong>included\u00a0high tech companies including IBM, numerous banks and financial institutions, internet companies, cyber security agencies, corporate and government media, think tanks, law enforcement agencies including Interpol with representatives from 48 countries<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The exercise is an obvious means to secure reliable partners and develop strategic alliances. In this regard, there were numerous representatives from Russia and countries of the former Soviet Union, including major Russian banking interests, communications and media companies. All in all 42 partners.\u00a0No corporate \/governmental partners from China,\u00a0<\/strong>participated in the\u00a0simulation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

There was also a training program with 200\u00a0teams from\u00a048\u00a0countries.<\/p>\n
