Then the data will be presented to the FDA and the FDA will make a determination whether they will grant that under an emergency use authorization or some other mechanism.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em>Fauci said he expects to have data from \u201cat least in one of the companies\u201d by the end of September.<\/p>\n<p>Asked if it would be available for our youngest children by Thanksgiving, Fauci said \u201cI hope so, Wolf.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou don\u2019t want to get ahead of the FDA. They\u2019re an independent organization. They\u2019ll do their thing. They do it very well. They preserved our safety of people in this country with interventions like vaccines and they also make a determination if it\u2019s effective.
