He has a mask exemption due to his medical condition.<\/p>\n<p>The clip shows the man being handcuffed while complaining about his wrists hurting. A woman who is accompanying the elderly man tries to answer the questions police officers are asking about the man\u2019s place of work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbsolutely disgraceful,\u201d says the woman as the man is led away.<\/p>\n<p>The video then cuts to him having a violent seizure as he appears to suffer a heart attack.<\/p>\n<p>Police remove the handcuffs as the elderly man desperately reaches for his medicine while the woman shouts, \u201cJust let me get it for God\u2019s sake!\u201d<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1rXNv_E-8Qc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n&#8212;<\/div>\n<p>\u201cSee, do you believe me now, you pricks!\u201d she states as one of the officers says he is unable to administer the medication (although he\u2019s perfectly willing to induce a heart attack in an old man for not wearing a piece of useless cloth over his mouth).<\/p>\n<p>A final image from the scene shows paramedics attending the scene as the elderly man still lies prostrate on the ground.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPolice allegedly joked when he had a seizure that they did not believe he had heart problems that warranted the mask exemption,\u201d reports <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rebelnews.com\/distressing_footage_man_has_seizure_while_being_taken_away_by_police\">Rebel Media<\/a>. \u201cThe man\u2019s heart medication was revealed to be in a plastic bag in his backpack.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>An Instagram user called _josephmerlino claiming to be the man\u2019s son posted a message asserting, \u201cMy father could have suffered brain damage from this. Permanent injury or death.
