{"id":239214,"date":"2021-07-22T06:10:17","date_gmt":"2021-07-22T06:10:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=239214"},"modified":"2021-07-23T07:47:55","modified_gmt":"2021-07-23T07:47:55","slug":"reports-pentagon-tracking-extremist-web-searches-including-the-truth-about-black-lives-matter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=239214","title":{"rendered":"Reports: Pentagon Tracking \u201cExtremist\u201d Web Searches Including \u201cThe Truth About Black Lives Matter\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Steve Watson \u2013 SUMMIT News July 21, 2021<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>Reports circulating Tuesday reveal that the Pentagon is working with a contractor to track web searches that it describes as indicators of \u201cwhite supremacy,\u201d citing the phrase \u201cthe truth about black lives matter\u201d as one example.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reports from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.defenseone.com\/threats\/2021\/06\/us-troops-base-less-likely-seek-extremist-content-americans-general-study-finds\/174949\/\">Defense One<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/pentagon-moonshot-black-lives-matter\">Fox News<\/a> state that the Pentagon is working with a UK-based company called Moonshot CVE (Countering Violent Extremism) to uncover networks of domestic extremists within the military.<\/p>\n<p>Moonshot\u00a0regularly works with the notorious ADL, and has ties to former President Obama, as well as the SPLC and George Soros\u2019 Open Foundation, according to the reports.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">ADL and Moonshot\u2019s research on online white supremacy culminated in the report, \u201cWhite Supremacy Search Trends in the United States.\u201d Find out more here: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/zPCXZYcKtX\">https:\/\/t.co\/zPCXZYcKtX<\/a> <br \/>Consider donating to ADL so we can continue to collaborate successfully: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/508JwtYZSC\">https:\/\/t.co\/508JwtYZSC<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; ADL Washington DC (@ADL_WashDC) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ADL_WashDC\/status\/1416759666277851145?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 18, 2021<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Moonshot suggests that searching for the \u201ctruth about BLM\u201d indicates a belief \u201cthat the BLM movement has nefarious motives,\u201d which \u201cis a disinformation narrative perpetuated by White supremacist groups to weaponize anti-BLM sentiment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The company further states that while the search phrase initially appears \u201cinnocuous,\u201d it isn\u2019t because the phrase has been used to suggest the BLM movement \u201cis in line with the burning and looting of Antifa.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese sources echo White supremacist disinformation narratives alleging that BLM protesters are trying to \u2018overthrow the republic\u2019 and \u2018harm American citizens in a Marxist coup,\u2019 as a means of delegitimizing it,\u201d the Moonshot research states.<\/p>\n<p>So labelling BLM Marxist means you are an extremist, even though the organisation\u2019s own website displays objectives are unequivocally in line with neo-Marxism, and its founders have <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/06\/25\/blm-co-founder-describes-herself-as-trained-marxist\/\">described themselves<\/a> as \u2018trained Marxists\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Appearing on Tucker Carlson\u2019s show Tuesday night, Vince Coglianese, the editorial director of The Daily Caller discussed the Moonshot contract with the Pentagon, and noted that there is a sustained move within the Biden government to label everything as domestic extremism.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s completely out of control,\u201d Coglianese said, noting \u201cAsking questions, now extremism. Free inquiry, now extremism. And that includes, terrifyingly, the military,\u201d Carlson said, adding \u201cBiden has directed the defense department, the department that is supposed to work on keeping us safe from foreign threats, to instead turns its attention on American citizens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNotice he never defined white supremacy,\u201d Carlson said, adding \u201cNo one ever has. There is no actual definition for it. So it can apply to everyone who didn\u2019t vote for Joe Biden.
