{"id":238856,"date":"2021-07-18T08:19:33","date_gmt":"2021-07-18T08:19:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=238856"},"modified":"2021-07-20T05:38:49","modified_gmt":"2021-07-20T05:38:49","slug":"lawsuit-to-inspect-fulton-county-mail-in-ballots-amended-to-include-new-evidence","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=238856","title":{"rendered":"Lawsuit to Inspect Fulton County Mail-In Ballots Amended to Include New Evidence"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Hand Recount Audit \u2018Was Riddled with Massive Errors and Provable Fraud<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Laura Baigert \u2013 Georgia Star News July 14, 2021<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Petitioners in a lawsuit to inspect Fulton County mail-in absentee ballots from the November 3, 2020 election have added new claims and provided new evidence they <a href=\"https:\/\/voterga.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Press-Release-New-Evidence-Reveals-Georgia-Audit-Fraud-and-Massive-Errors.pdf\">say<\/a> proves the hand recount audit conducted after the election, \u201cwas riddled with massive errors and provable fraud.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>At a press conference on Tuesday in Roswell, Georgia, VoterGA and Garland Favorito, organizers of the lawsuit, made the stunning announcement that there was \u201ca whopping 60%\u201d error rate in Fulton County\u2019s hand count audit held on November 14 and 15, 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Most of the new allegations and evidence are based on VoterGA data team analysis of Fulton County\u2019s mail-in ballot images from the November 2020 election, which were only made available after the petitioners won a court order on April 13 and VoterGA lobbying efforts led the Georgia General Assembly to make all images public, according to the voter integrity organization\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/voterga.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Press-Release-New-Evidence-Reveals-Georgia-Audit-Fraud-and-Massive-Errors.pdf\">press release<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There were several significant findings from VoterGA\u2019s data team in Fulton County for the November 2020 election and the subsequent hand count audit.<\/p>\n<p>Of 1,539 batch files containing 100 mail-in ballots each, 923 \u2013 or 60 percent \u2013 contained votes incorrectly reported in the official November 3, 2020 results as compared to the reported audit totals.<\/p>\n<p>At least 36 batches representing 4,255 mail-in ballots were redundantly added into the audit results, including extra vote totals of 3,390 for Biden, 865 for Donald Trump and 43 for Jo Jorgensen.<\/p>\n<p>Real America\u2019s Voices correspondent Heather Mullins attended the press conference and told <strong><em>The Georgia Star\u00a0News<\/em><\/strong>, \u201cEvidence presented at today\u2019s press conference suggests a total of 4,255 total extra votes were counted redundantly.
