The order also pushes \u201cequity\u201d and urges federal departments to get away from merit in government performance.<\/p>\n<p>This is pure Marxism and promotes hatred and divisiveness.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/06\/26\/biden-executive-order-crt-diversity-equity-government\/\">The Daily Caller<\/a> reported:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">President Joe Biden signed an executive order on Friday that ensures that every part of the federal government will conduct race-conscious diversity training and engage in race-conscious hiring.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The executive order \u201cestablishes an ambitious, whole-of-government initiative that will take a systematic approach to embedding DEIA [diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility] in Federal hiring and employment practices,\u201d according to a White House fact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2021\/06\/25\/fact-sheet-president-biden-signs-executive-order-advancing-diversity-equity-inclusion-and-accessibility-in-the-federal-government\/\">sheet<\/a>. Its adherents pursue \u201cantiracism\u201d through the end of merit, objective truth and the adoption of race-based policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The racist bill also preaches on \u201cwhite privilege\u201d and \u201cmale privilege\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Notably, the order requires diversity trainings like the one conducted by Sandia National Laboratories, a government contractor that helps manage nuclear weapons. During a three-day \u201cWhite Men\u2019s Caucus,\u201d male employees were required to recite \u201cwhite privilege\u201d and \u201cmale privilege\u201d statements, according to leaked documents reported on by Manhattan Institute fellow Christopher Rufo.
