In it, she said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Diversity is incredibly important to our team and our company so we are looking at only diverse hires at this time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Translation: White people need not apply.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/iHeartRadio-Email.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-236421\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/iHeartRadio-Email.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"321\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/iHeartRadio-Email.png 700w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/iHeartRadio-Email-480x220.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 700px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On the job posting on their site, the racial requirement is not to be found. Instead there is the legal jargon about how iHeartMedia \u201cis an equal opportunity employer and will not tolerate discrimination in employment on the basis of race, color, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, disability, ethnicity, national origin, marital status, protected veteran status, genetic information, or any other legally protected classification or status.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Most companies lie about not discriminating against people based on their race, but we all know that White people are always actively discriminated against through affirmative action and diversity quotas.<\/p>\n<p>CNS News reached out to Socha and iHeartMedia for clarification, which appears to have come in the form of an email from Socha to the listserv:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I made an error in language in my last\u00a0note, so I just want to clarify,\u00a0\u00a0<strong>ALL<\/strong>\u00a0are welcome to apply and we will consider\u00a0<strong>ALL<\/strong>\u00a0qualified candidates. That being said, in our efforts to elevate diverse voices in the predominately white podcast space, we strongly encourage engineers\/editors of color\u2013\u2013regardless of gender and sexual orientation\u2013\u2013 to apply.<\/p>\n<p>This is just to cover themselves legally. Do you really think they will be hiring any White people for this job?<\/p>\n<p>Anti-White racism needs to be exposed for what it really is \u2013 White genocide!
