{"id":235256,"date":"2021-06-02T07:29:57","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T07:29:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=235256"},"modified":"2021-06-03T07:40:23","modified_gmt":"2021-06-03T07:40:23","slug":"founder-of-black-lives-matter-chapter-quits-says-blm-doesnt-actually-care-about-black-people","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=235256","title":{"rendered":"Founder of Black Lives Matter Chapter Quits, Says BLM Doesn\u2019t Actually Care About Black People"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Paul Joseph Watson \u2013 SUMMIT News May 31, 2021<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><strong>The founder of a Black Lives Matter chapter in St. Paul says he quit after he found out the \u201cugly truth\u201d about the organization \u2013 that it doesn\u2019t care about black people.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rashad Turner released a video revealing the truth about BLM after having spent a year inside the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Turner explained how he strived to educate himself and become a personal success despite being born into extremely difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy mother wasn\u2019t able to take care of me, so I was raised by my grandparents. They told me that if I was going to change my life for the better, education was the answer. So, I worked hard in school. I got into Hamline University, and earned a college degree, the first in my family. Then I went on to earn a master\u2019s in education from St. Mary\u2019s University of Minnesota. I am living proof that no matter your start in life, quality education is a pathway to success,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Turner then elaborated on how this ethos of lifting up young black people via education was not only absent within BLM, but they were actively working against it<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wncYj2xfV6A\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n&#8212;<\/div>\n<p>\u201cIn 2015 I was a founder of Black Lives Matter in St. Paul. I believed the organization stood for exactly what the name implies, black lives do matter,\u201d explained Turner. \u201cHowever, after a year on the inside, I learned they have little concern for rebuilding black families, and they cared even less about improving the quality of education for students in Minneapolis.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat was made clear when they publicly denounced charter schools, alongside the teachers\u2019 union.
