The Washington Post has been long regarded as a CIA asset.\u00a0 That does not mean it is, but whether it is or isn\u2019t, the Washington Post behaves as one.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Consider its March 26 editorial.\u00a0 The Washington Post champions Alexei Navalny (right), \u201can irrepressible spirit\u201d attempting to rescue Russia from Putin\u2019s corruption and dictatorship, despite being \u201cin Mr. Putin\u2019s crosshairs\u201d (notice \u201cMr.,\u201d not \u201cPresident\u201d) and surviving the Russian security service\u2019s attempt to kill him with a deadly nerve agent.<\/p>\n

The Washington Post describes Navalny as locked up in a \u201cnotorious prison on trumped-up charges, suffering from an ailment\u201d (allegedly neglected by the authorities, of course), poor food, and torture.\u00a0 The Washington Post warns the Kremlin not to arrange Navalny\u2019s death from a lack of medical attention.<\/p>\n

The Washington Post, in high propaganda gear, is too intent on demonizing President Putin to notice that Navalny\u2014despite the Post\u2019s litany of evil intentions arrayed against him\u2014has complete access to the press to whom to express his propagandistic claims.\u00a0 The Washington Post is always the victim of overlooking the facts, because the Washington Post does not believe in facts.\u00a0 Facts get in the way of propaganda, and the Washington Post is a propaganda organ for the ruling Establishment.<\/p>\n

Who is Alexei Navalny, heralded by Western presstitutes as the Oppressed Champion of Russian Democracy?\u00a0 He is a man funded by the West who has the support of two percent of the Russian population.\u00a0 Because he is of no political consequence, he gets off lightly for his criminal offenses.<\/p>\n

For example, in 2014 Navalny was convicted of fraud and embezzlement of a French cosmetic firm and a Russion state-owned timber firm.\u00a0 He received a 3.5 year sentence for the first felony and a 5 year sentence for the second.\u00a0 His sentence was suspended on the condition that he keep to the terms of his probation and regularly report to the police. Navalny refused to do so despite repeated warnings.\u00a0 In other words, to make himself a victim for anti-Putin propaganda purposes, Navalny forced the legal system to jail him.<\/p>\n

The Washington Post, like the New York Times, CNN, and NPR, is incapable of reporting anything accurately or honestly.\u00a0 They are strictly propaganda organizations serving establishment agendas.\u00a0 If you want to know the actual facts of the Navalny story, you can read them here:\u00a0 https:\/\/www.unz.com\/article\/the-case-of-alexei-navalny\/<\/a><\/p>\n

Please do note that the sordid Washington Post, full of \u201cconcern\u201d for a convicted Russian criminal who is treated with kid gloves by Russian authorities, hasn\u2019t one word in support of fellow journalist Julian Assange, who is indeed held without charges in a British prison under conditions of torture on orders from Washington. \u00a0There is nothing legal whatsoever in Assange\u2019s \u00a0confinement by the \u201ctwo leading democracies.\u201d \u00a0Would Julian Assange willingly trade places with Navalny? \u00a0You can bet your life he would.<\/p>\n
