FORCE YOU TO TAKE THE SHOT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the United States, the federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, Title 21, United States Code, provides that when a product is offered to the public via an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) it must be VOLUNTARY.\u00a0 \u00a0Persons must be told they are free to take or to DECLINE the product.<\/p>\n<p>No one, not government, not colleges, not employers, can REQUIRE a person to take any product which is NOT LICENSED by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).<\/p>\n<p>These so-called COVID &#8220;vaccines&#8221; are NOT LICENSED.\u00a0 They are being made available through an EUA and as such, <strong><u>no one can be forced to take the shot.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The folks at Rutgers University in New Jersey would do well to cancel their publicized decision to &#8220;require students to have the vaccination before returning to school next Semester.&#8221;\u00a0 <strong>This requirement by Rutgers University appears to some folks, to
