Networking and employment platform LinkedIn published a \u201cJobs on the Rise\u201d update<\/a> about 15 opportunities that are \u201cin demand and hiring now,\u201d and one of the most sought-after is the position of \u201cdiversity officer.\u201d<\/p>\n Listed as number five on the list, \u201cexperts in workplace diversity\u201d can earn anywhere from $72,900 to $97,000 a year teaching corporate employees about how white people are always evil<\/a> and need to be brought to heel.<\/p>\n Since 2019, hiring for diversity officers has increased by more than 90 percent, with the top hiring locations being New York City, San Francisco, and Chicago. Companies large and small, LinkedIn says, are turning to \u201cdiversity experts who could help them bring new voices into their organizations.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cProtests sparked by the police-involved shootings of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor caused organizations around the world to reckon with systemic racism and a lack of diversity in positions of power,\u201d the article explains.<\/p>\n One of the more infamous diversity officers is Ashleigh Shackelford, a \u201cBlack fat cultural producer, multidisciplinary artist, nonbinary shapeshifter, and data futurist based in Atlanta, Georgia, with roots in Richmond, Virginia,\u201d who now goes by the name of Hunter Ashleigh Shackelford.<\/p>\n Shackelford gave a presentation before a group of mostly white corporate employees telling them that they are all racist. These were her exact words as she laid out \u201cup front\u201d that there was not going to be any \u201ccoddling of white tears\u201d because \u201cyou\u2019re always going to be racist actually.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cEven when you\u2019re on your path trying to figure out how to be a better human being because I believe that white people are born into not being human,\u201d Shackelford further declared.<\/p>\n \u201cY\u2019all are born into a life to not be human and that\u2019s what you are taught to do, to be demons,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n The Coca-Cola Company pushes similar propaganda<\/a> on its employees, demanding that they \u201ctry to be less white.\u201d<\/p>\n An internal whistleblower leaked a series of slides about \u201cconfronting racism\u201d and \u201cchallenging what it means to be racist.\u201d As you might expect, the targets are people with white skin, who are \u201coppressive,\u201d \u201carrogant,\u201d \u201cdefensive,\u201d and \u201cignorant.\u201d<\/p>\n While every other racial group is allowed to have solidarity with one another, white people cannot, says Coca-Cola. One of the slides urges white people to \u201cbreak with white solidary,\u201d meaning they should betray other white people and only support blacks and browns.<\/p>\n \u201cIn the U.S. and other Western nations, white people are socialized to feel that they are inherently superior because they are white,\u201d maintains Coca-Cola. \u201cResearch shows that by age 3 to 4, children understand that it is better to be white.\u201d<\/p>\n Another slide explains that in order to \u201cbe less white,\u201d a person must be less oppressive, arrogant, certain about things, defensive, and ignorant.
