{"id":229228,"date":"2021-03-07T08:56:12","date_gmt":"2021-03-07T08:56:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=229228"},"modified":"2021-03-10T04:58:31","modified_gmt":"2021-03-10T04:58:31","slug":"new-travel-restrictions-for-britons","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=229228","title":{"rendered":"New Travel Restrictions for Britons"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Simon Calder \u2013 The Independent March 7, 2021<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/health-passport.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-223407\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/health-passport.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"586\" height=\"330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/health-passport.jpg 586w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/health-passport-480x270.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 586px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Less than 60 hours before an unprecedented exit permit will be required from outbound travellers, the government has revealed details of the new \u201cDeclaration to Travel\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>From Monday 8 March, anyone who enters \u201ca port of departure to travel internationally\u201d in England without a completed form will be committing a criminal offence \u2013 even if they are legally entitled to travel.<\/p>\n<p>Airlines, train operators and ferry companies will be required to check that passengers have a valid reason to travel abroad.<\/p>\n<p>At present all holidays \u2013 at home or overseas\u00a0\u2013 are illegal under the \u201cstay-at-home\u201d rule.
