However, Gates\u2019 record exposes his benevolent intentions as masquerades for his agenda to maximize personal profit and control.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Writing for his Childrens Health Defense group, Kennedy notes that \u201cIt\u2019s baffling to me how so many of my friends in the environmental movement have swallowed Gates\u2019 chicanery.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The article contains a raft of links documenting Gates\u2019 \u201clong-term strategy of mastery over agriculture and food production globally\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the essay, Kennedy notes how Gates has:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Helped\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-9050229\/Bill-Gates-says-entering-worse-phase-COVID-pandemic-predicts-lockdowns-2022.html\">orchestrate and cheerlead<\/a> lockdowns which have bankrupted more than\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.independentsciencenews.org\/biotechnology\/bill-gates-global-agenda-and-how-we-can-resist-his-war-on-life\/\">100,000 businesses<\/a>\u00a0in the U.S. alone and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sdgintegration.undp.org\/accelerating-development-progressduring-covid-19\">plunged a billion people<\/a>\u00a0into poverty and deadly food insecurity, that, among other devastating harms,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-gb\/news\/world\/coronavirus-linked-hunger-kills-10000-children-per-month-says-un\/ar-BB17hwPq\">kill 10,000 African children monthly<\/a>\u00a0\u2014 while increasing Gates\u2019 wealth by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/technology\/2020\/dec\/19\/ten-billionaires-reap-400bn-boost-to-wealth-during-pandemic\">$20 billion<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Quietly made himself the largest owner of farmland in the United States. Gates\u2019 portfolio now comprises about\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/landreport.com\/2021\/01\/bill-gates-americas-top-farmland-owner\/\">242,000 acres of American farmland<\/a>\u00a0and nearly\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.marketwatch.com\/story\/bill-gates-is-now-the-largest-farmland-owner-in-america-11610818582\">27,000 acres of other land<\/a>\u00a0across Louisiana, Arkansas, Nebraska, Arizona, Florida, Washington\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/arielshapiro\/2021\/01\/14\/americas-biggest-owner-of-farmland-is-now-bill-gates-bezos-turner\/?sh=326a622c6096\">and 18 other states<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Made hefty investments in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelastamericanvagabond.com\/bill-gates-web-dark-money-influence-part-1-philanthropic-narrative-shaping\/\">GMO crops<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/regenerationinternational.org\/2020\/11\/01\/one-empire-over-seed-control-over-the-worlds-seed-banks\/\">seed patents,<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/oliviergarret\/2020\/09\/10\/why-bill-gates-is-betting-millions-on-synthetic-biology\/?sh=384e870865c6\">synthetic foods<\/a>, artificial intelligence including robotic farm workers, and commanding positions in food behemoths including\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/documentcloud.adobe.com\/link\/track?uri=urn:aaid:scds:US:77a8708b-e097-4823-b65d-ef2c2e912029#pageNum=1\">Coca-Cola, Unilever<\/a>, Philip Morris (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reliableplant.com\/Read\/17069\/kraft-foods-advances-its-sustainability-agenda-\">Kraft<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fortune.com\/2016\/10\/10\/tyson-foods-invests-beyond-meat\/\">General Foods<\/a>),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kelloggs.com\/en_US\/home.html\">Kellogg\u2019s<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizjournals.com\/cincinnati\/blog\/2012\/11\/bill-melinda-gates-foundation-buys.html\">Procter &amp; Gamble<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/markets.businessinsider.com\/news\/stocks\/gates-foundation-bought-apple-amazon-google-stock-first-quarter-2020-5-1029234223\">Amazon\u00a0<\/a>(Whole Foods), and in multinationals like\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/documentcloud.adobe.com\/link\/track?uri=urn%3Aaaid%3Ascds%3AUS%3A77a8708b-e097-4823-b65d-ef2c2e912029#pageNum=1\">Monsanto and Bayer<\/a>\u00a0that market\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/childrenshealthdefense.org\/defender_category\/big-chemical\/\">chemical pesticides<\/a> and petrochemical fertilizers.<\/li>\n<li>Forced a failed system of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oaklandinstitute.org\/sites\/oaklandinstitute.org\/files\/unholy_alliance_web.pdf\">GMO, chemical and fossil fuel-based agriculture<\/a>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.oaklandinstitute.org\/sites\/oaklandinstitute.org\/files\/olob-bmgf-factsheet.pdf\">poor African farmers<\/a>, decimating biodiversity and \u00a0ensuring <a href=\"https:\/\/grassrootsonline.org\/in-the-news\/fighting-bill-gates-for-the-future-of-food\/\">soils grew more acidic<\/a>\u00a0with every application of petrochemical fertilizers. A study found that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grain.org\/en\/article\/6499-false-promises-the-alliance-for-a-green-revolution-in-africa-agra\">extreme hunger has increased by 30 percent<\/a>\u00a0in the 18 countries that Gates targeted. Rural poverty has metastasized dramatically, and the number of hungry people in these nations has risen to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rosalux.de\/en\/publication\/id\/42635\/false-promises-the-alliance-for-a-green-revolution-in-africa-agra\">131 million<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kennedy notes that just as with Gates\u2019 vaccination programs in Africa, \u201cthere was neither internal evaluation nor public accountability.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kennedy also notes that Gates\u2019 power grab doesn\u2019t end with food production.
