\u201cI can no longer say the word \u2018Jew\u2019 \u2014 it\u2019s FORBIDDEN!\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n

As the result of political pressure brought to bear by B\u2019nai Brith \u2014 an international Jewish supremacist group \u2014 Arthur Topham, a Canadian dissident who was convicted of an online \u2018hate crime\u2019, now faces\u00a0strict new probationary rules<\/a>\u00a0on his public expression concerning Jews after\u00a0<\/strong>allegedly<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0breaching his sentencing conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arthur Topham, who ran a publication from his rural home near the central Interior city of Quesnel, was convicted in 2015 of\u00a0communicating online statements that wilfully promoted hatred against Jewish people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As part of his sentence,\u00a0Topham was forbidden from publishing or publicly posting information about \u201cpersons of Jewish religion or ethnic origin<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

But in October, a provincial court judge ruled Topham had breached that condition by creating new posts throughout 2018.<\/p>\n

Late last week,\u00a0the judge sentenced Topham to a 30-day conditional sentence and three years probation for the breach<\/strong>, placing strict new conditions on Topham\u2019s public posts.<\/p>\n

For the next three years,\u00a0Topham is forbidden from publishing or printing publicly any reference to or information about the Talmud, Zionism, Israel, and the Jewish religion, ethnicity or people<\/span>.<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Topham is also forbidden from publicly posting the names of people he knows to be of Jewish origin<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/h4>\n

According to court documents,\u00a0he will still be allowed to publicly name his wife and her family, but not to mention their ethnicity or origin. During his original trial, Topham told the court his wife is Jewish<\/strong><\/span>.<\/h4>\n

In addition to the terms of his three-year probation, Topham will serve a 30-day conditional sentence,\u00a0with a nightly curfew and a requirement to remain in B.C. He\u2019s also prohibited from having weapons, liquor, or alcohol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cJustice has been served,\u201d said Ran Ukashi, National Director with B\u2019nai Brith<\/strong>, a Jewish advocacy group that\u2019s been closely following the case.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt serves as a deterrent for others, to realize there are consequences, there\u2019s a price to pay<\/strong>,\u201d said Ukashi.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere are limits to \u2026 free speech<\/strong>\u00a0and promoting hatred against identifiable groups is not on,\u201d he said.\u201dThis person has been\u00a0given opportunity after opportunity to not behave this way<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n

A retired teacher now in his 70s, Topham was first charged in 2012.\u00a0\u00a0A website he produced featured frequent posts with anti-Semitic conspiracy theories and demonized Jewish people<\/strong>, according to evidence at his trial.<\/p>\n

At his original trial in 2015,\u00a0Topham\u2019s lawyer argued the posts were political satire, did not incite violence, and included materials that could easily be ordered on Amazon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Topham\u2019s case was the first hate crime prosecution in B.C. in almost a decade.<\/p>\n

It drew support from the Ontario Civil Liberties Association, which champions free speech, as well as from self-proclaimed \u201cwhite nationalists,\u201d who attended Topham\u2019s jury trial in the Quesnel courthouse, 700 km northeast of Vancouver.<\/p>\n

Paul Fromm helped to fund Topham\u2019s defence and covered his trial through video blogs from Quesnel. Monika Schaefer, who served jail time in Germany for Holocaust denial, also attended court.<\/p>\n

\u201cViolence\u201d as defined by the court \u2014 at the behest of international Jewry \u2014 is any comment or fact that the\u00a0Jews do not like<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and want suppressed.<\/p>\n

The Jewish supremacists at\u00a0B\u2019nai Brith<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0fear that if the public ever found out about the monumental crimes and lies committed by Jewry, they would rise up with torches and pitchforks and demand revenge \u2014 as if they were still living in Medieval Europe.<\/p>\n

But the Jews don\u2019t need to prove that there is any real victim here \u2014 not one single hair on the head of a Jew anywhere in Canada \u2014 or the entire world for that matter \u2014 was harmed by anything Arthur Topham has written, and yet we are led to believe that he has virtually precipitated another metaphysical \u201cHolocaust\u201d.<\/p>\n

The Canadian court would have us believe that Topham, whose wife is Jewish, might well say or write something that could endanger the life of his own Jewish wife! \u2014 a \u201clogic\u201d that would leave even George Orwell gobsmacked.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Topham\u2019s sentence is clearly a warning to everyone \u2014\u00a0<\/strong>don\u2019t read, write, or even think about the Jews<\/strong><\/em> unless it\u2019s in a fawning, laudatory manner\u2014and even then, you still might manage to offend them<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Even the slightest criticism of a Jew\u2014no matter how meticulously factual and warranted\u2014is apparently <\/strong>prima facie<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0evidence of\u00a0intent to commit murder<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In fact, don\u2019t even try to best a Jew in a business deal\u2014that is now considered an act of \u201ceconomic genocide,\u201d<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>according to German courts.<\/p>\n
