Now that Great Britain is in lockdown for the foreseeable future and people are forced to stay at home more than ever before, it is incumbent upon the government to ensure that homes in Scotland are free from \u201chate.\u201d It could soon be illegal for a Scot to try to speak to his family at the dinner table about how jews run the media, children should not be pushed into transgenderism, and importing boatloads of blacks does not actually enrich a country.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Times<\/a> reports:<\/span><\/p>\n

Conversations over the dinner table that incite hatred must be prosecuted under Scotland\u2019s hate crime law.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The bill adds a crime of \u201cstirring up hate,\u201d which only applies to protected groups, meaning that stirring up hate against the indigenous Scots would still be completely \u201ckosher.\u201d This new crime involves \u201cbehaving in a threatening or abusive manner, or communicating threatening or abusive material to another person,\u201d and even just possessing \u201cinflammatory material.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Who defines what \u201cstirring up hate\u201d actually is? Would possessing certain books in one\u2019s home be considered \u201cinflammatory material\u201d? Will enslaved Scots really walk on eggshells in their own homes to avoid the scrutiny of the thought police?<\/span><\/p>\n

I assume that this new bill would rely on citizens turning each other over to the neo-Stasi police for criminal speech, but with the new spying technology available, including Amazon Echo and all the smart phones, people may soon be monitored by an AI that is scanning every conversation for hate speech.<\/span><\/p>\n

Justice Secretary Humza Yousaf stated:<\/span><\/p>\n

Remember also that people have the right, and I speak as somebody who has been often the target and the victim of hatred, be it racial or religious, that people have the right to live their life without having that prejudice, that hatred, directed towards them. Criminal law must protect people from that hatred.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Yousaf made it clear that this bill would extend to journalists, writers and theater directors, who could be dragged to court if their professional work is determined to have stirred up any \u201cprejudice.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Yousaf himself is prejudiced against the indigenous Scots, having previously complained that the vast majority of senior positions in Scotland authorities were filled with White people (in a country that is 96% White)<\/span>.<\/p>\n
