Experts continue to warn that Autonomous Vehicles (AVs) are NOT safe (see 1<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, 2<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, 3<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, 4<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, 5<\/strong><\/span><\/a>). There have been multiple reports about Teslas crashing and\/or catching fire<\/strong><\/span><\/a>. Telsa owners have reported additional life-threatening situations<\/strong><\/span><\/a> as well.<\/span><\/p>\n

In regard to 5G, the majority of scientists <\/a>oppose deployment until there are studies that show it\u2019s safe. Doctors and scientists have asked for moratoriums on Earth and in space (see 1<\/a>, 2<\/a>). American opposition includes federal agencies and other credible experts who warn 5G threatens jobs, national security, public safety, and weather forecasting accuracy (see 1<\/a>,<\/strong> 2<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, 3<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, 4<\/strong><\/span><\/a>). French telecom employees<\/strong><\/span><\/a> want to stop 5G deployment due to health and economic concerns. Cities AND entire countries have taken action to ban, delay, halt, and limit 5G installation<\/a><\/strong><\/span> AS WELL AS issue moratoriums on deployment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nevertheless, Big Telecom will not be deterred from putting us all in harm\u2019s way with biologically and environmentally harmful 5G<\/strong><\/span><\/a> and public roads full of unpredictable AVs. To answer Verizon\u2019s question \u2013 the future of transportation couldn\u2019t look brighter for class action lawyers.<\/span><\/p>\n

And this is just the beginning. Leveraging the potential of 5G, the transportation industry, in partnership with forward-thinking local governments, is poised to rapidly accelerate the creation of smart cities all across the country. Here\u2019s what\u2019s on the horizon:<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, exposure <\/a><\/strong>risks ARE NOT exclusive to 5G. Last year, the World Health Organization<\/strong><\/span><\/a> warned that high levels of Electromagnetic Fields<\/a><\/strong><\/span> (aka \u201cElectrosmog\u201d) could cause health issues in a significant percentage of the population. Hence more opportunities for class action lawyers\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n
