{"id":212796,"date":"2020-08-30T07:13:38","date_gmt":"2020-08-30T07:13:38","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=212796"},"modified":"2020-09-02T06:56:49","modified_gmt":"2020-09-02T06:56:49","slug":"nhs-worker-under-investigation-after-claiming-coronavirus-is-load-of-bs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=212796","title":{"rendered":"NHS worker under investigation after claiming coronavirus is &#8216;load of b******s&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Chris Kitching \u2013 Daily Mirror Aug 29, 2020<\/strong><\/h1>\n<div align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5-V-VJi1CXA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n&#8212;<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">A woman who works for a major NHS provider is being investigated by her bosses over a <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/facebook\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Facebook<\/strong><\/span><\/a> video in which she says <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ccffff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/coronavirus-1?service=responsive\">coronavirus<\/a><\/strong><\/span> is a &#8220;load of b******s&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Care UK employee Louise Hampton claimed Covid-19 does not exist after showing her NHS badge and a certificate thanking her for helping patients during the pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">In the clip, which has more than half a million views, she says: &#8220;I\u2019m an actual NHS worker and apparently I worked really hard during Covid. Did I b******s. That\u2019s why it\u2019s a certificate of b******s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">&#8220;Our service was dead. We weren\u2019t getting the calls, it was dead. Covid is a load of b******s, so this is my certificate of b******s for everyone to see.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Sitting in her car on her way to work, she adds: &#8220;I didn\u2019t clap for the NHS, I didn\u2019t clap for myself because why would I clap for myself when I did f*** all?&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Care UK, which provides services to the NHS such as call centres, said the video was &#8220;materially inaccurate&#8221; and it was investigating the matter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">A spokesperson told Mirror Online: &#8220;We are aware of this video, which we consider to be materially inaccurate in a number of ways, and can confirm that a member of staff is subject to investigation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">&#8220;We expect all our colleagues and services to support the work of the NHS in giving the public the right information and support during the pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">&#8220;Our call centres were, in fact, exceptionally busy, handling a peak of 400% more calls than usual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">&#8220;Our teams showed huge commitment and dedication in delivering the service, and we have rightly thanked them for the efforts they have made.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">On Saturday, a selfie was posted on a Facebook profile under Ms Hampton&#8217;s name with the caption &#8220;en route to Trafalgar Square&#8221; in central London.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_212798\" style=\"width: 550px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Covid-protest-London-UK-29-Aug-2020.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-212798\" class=\"wp-image-212798\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Covid-protest-London-UK-29-Aug-2020.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"360\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Covid-protest-London-UK-29-Aug-2020.jpg 615w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Covid-protest-London-UK-29-Aug-2020-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-212798\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Anti-lockdown protesters in London on Saturday, August 29, 2020. Click to enlarge<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Protesters gathered there to claim Covid-19 was a hoax and call for an end to lockdowns.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Another post before the demonstration stated: &#8220;TRUE WARRIORS fighting for OUR civil rights and freedoms that world governments want to destroy! RESPECT!!&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Protesters at the &#8220;Unite For Freedom&#8221; march called for &#8220;no more lockdowns&#8221;, &#8220;no to vaccinations&#8221; and &#8220;no to government lies&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Many carried banners saying &#8220;Fake News,&#8221; or &#8220;Masks are Muzzles&#8221; and rejecting any mandatory vaccination programmes in the UK, where the virus has killed more than 40,000 people, according to the government&#8217;s official tally<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">The Facebook profile under Ms Hampton&#8217;s name states that is from London.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Posts on the profile call the crisis a &#8220;scamdemic&#8221;, contain anti-mask messages and make references to Plandemic, a Covid-19 conspiracy theory video that has been debunked and taken down by social media websites.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">One recent post criticises mask wearers and, referring to Adolf Hitler&#8217;s reign, states: &#8220;If you&#8217;ve ever wondered whether you would have complied during 1930s Germany, now you know.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">The profile also features a meme which compares mask wearers to slaves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">A post hits back at critics and claims Ms Hampton has received support from NHS workers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">It adds: &#8220;A few people close to me have labelled me &#8216;mental&#8217; and even said I need sectioning for my video!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">&#8220;Also I don&#8217;t deserve my children! However, if people want to believe the narrative that&#8217;s up to them.
