Alison Carey, Mariah Carey\u2019s 57-year-old sister, has filed a summons with notice at the New York Supreme Court citing her mother as the defendant. And Alison\u2019s accusations are rather shocking.<\/h5>\n
In the document filed in February 2020, Alison accuses her mother Patricia of allowing and encouraging adult men to \u2018engage in sexual acts\u2019 when she was just 10 years old. Furthermore, she claims that she was also forced to watch other youngsters being abused \u2018during middle-of-the-night satanic worship meetings that included ritual sacrifices\u2019.<\/h5>\n

Patricia Carey, who is now 83 years old, is a former singer with the Metropolitan Opera.<\/h5>\n
Alison Carey wants to use New York\u2019s Child Victims Act \u2013 which temporarily waives the statute of limitations in underage-sex cases \u2013 to sue her mother, claiming the abuse caused PTSD, depression, and drug abuse that ruined her life.<\/h5>\n
The lawsuit filed at the State of New York Supreme Court stipulates:<\/h5>\n
Defendant, who is Plaintiff\u2019s mother, allowed and encouraged other male persons whose identities are at present unknown to engage in sexual acts as defined in New York Penal Law, specifically 130.52 (forcible touching), and 130.65 (sexual assault in the first degree), while Plaintiff was approximately 10 years of age.<\/h5>\n
Defendant also forced Plaintiff to witness adults engaged in sexual acts with both adults and children during middle-of-the-night satanic worship meetings that included ritual sacrifices.<\/h5>\n
As a result of the above Plaintiff has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and major depression, leading her to misuse both legal and illegal drugs in an attempt to suppress the horrific memories, and to undergo extensive professional counseling.<\/h5>\n
Plaintiff now demands compensatory money damages for immense psychological and physical damage, mental pain and anguish and intentional infliction of severe emotional distress.<\/h5>\n

\u201cIt sounds hard to believe and I have so many memories I wish I never had. A close family member used to wake me up just before 2am and take me to an old hall that looked like a castle, which was a short walk from the church we used to attend in Huntington, New York. The place is still there I could show you exactly where it is.<\/h5>\n
The ceremonies or rituals were always between 2am and 4am and they weren\u2019t every week as far as I can remember \u2013 just certain dates. Everyone would wear long robes with black hoods and walk in twos across to this place.<\/h5>\n
Inside they would start the rituals and they would be chanting in another language \u2013 I think Latin.<\/h5>\n
I never understood what was going on \u2013 I remember there was some kind of a table or altar and they would chant and every one would stand in a circle. There would be around 20 people there \u2013 including children.<\/h5>\n
Then terrible things would happen \u2013 things that a child should never see. I was sexually abused there. They told me that if I didn\u2019t do what they told me or if I told them what was going on they would harm Mariah.<\/h5>\n
Imagine being told that as a child? Of course I went along with what they said. I think I was about six when I first remember going there and it went on for a few years.<\/h5>\n
I never heard them say the word Satan but the whole thing was so evil, so wrong \u2013 I\u2019m sure they were Satan worshippers. It was terrifying \u2013 something that has stayed with me my whole life. I don\u2019t remember ever seeing Mariah because she was a lot younger than me but that\u2019s not to say she wasn\u2019t there. It\u2019s impossible to say.\u201d<\/h5>\n
Morgan Carey, the brother of Alison and Mariah, confirmed he and Alison had been taken to occult gatherings as a child but declined to comment further.<\/h5>\n
