Thousands of people gathered in Stuttgart on Saturday to demonstrate against the political lockdown measures; The protests were again organized by the “QUERDENKEN-711” alliance. Football world champion Thomas Berthold, who has meanwhile announced that he will not be put under pressure in the future, surprisingly appeared as the speaker.

“I’m here because I support the lateral thinking initiative. And I’m here too, so that this initiative gets another media platform. ”This clear announcement was made by the soccer world champion and 62-time national player Thomas Berthold at the beginning of his speech in Stuttgart yesterday at the“ QUERDENKEN-711 ”alliance. The sports star further explained that he was concerned that his neighbors in Frankfurt had locked themselves in for months out of fear of the virus, and that this should stop now.

“We have to learn again to live without fear”

“I don’t see any more dialogue in our society, but more division, and that too has to stop,” continued the ex-VfB Stuttgart player, making it clear that his trust “in the political leadership of this country” is now “below zero “Arrived. “I want us to get our old life back,” said Berthold and received a lot of applause.

The ex-footballer also emphasized that he had “dealt a lot with microbiology” in his career as a professional athlete. He also put away various infectious diseases because he lived without fear. “We have to learn again to live without fear,” continued Berthold, adding that people first have to learn again to live independently. 15 years ago his “immune system almost failed”.

“Watch what you throw in”

After five days in the city hospital, his wife brought him back home, where he was “brought into shape” by “alternative medicine”. In retrospect it came out that this infection probably had something to do with a yellow fever vaccination. “Watch out, people, what you take and what you throw in,” said Berthold about this episode.

The world champion of 1990 went on to say that he considered it important that “this system, which in my opinion is about to end”, should now be “penetrated” by the media “through all channels” with information. “We need information from scientists who have expertise, we don’t need politicians who sit on talk shows with semi-educated medical knowledge and tell us truisms.” By the serious scientists, Berthold could mean the Mainz infection epidemiologist Sucharit Bhakdi and the Kiel biologist Karina Reiss who refute numerous legends about the virus in their bestseller Corona false positive: Numbers, data and background information (the book can be ordered HERE).

“Long, long way until we have our old freedom back”

With a view to the elections in the coming year, Berthold said that “a new party” might be needed, “with people who are there for people”, because he had the impression that for many politicians, “the top priority is to support the people serve, has been completely lost “. At the end of his speech, Berthold asked his audience to “stick with it” because it would be “a long, long way to go” until “we regain our old freedom”.

In any case, Berthold succeeded in achieving his goal of creating a larger media platform for the “QUERDENKEN 711” alliance; all important regional and national media reported on his appearance. The athlete, born on November 12, 1964 in Hanau, Hesse, made his Bundesliga debut on March 12, 1983 in a game of his then club Eintracht Frankfurt against Hamburger SV.
