{"id":200945,"date":"2020-01-17T08:49:56","date_gmt":"2020-01-17T08:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=200945"},"modified":"2020-01-21T07:59:25","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T07:59:25","slug":"swedish-politician-says-govt-has-lost-control-after-huge-stockholm-bombing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/?p=200945","title":{"rendered":"Swedish Politician Says Govt Has Lost Control After Huge Stockholm Bombing"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Chris Tomlinson \u2013 Breibart Jan 15, 2020<\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Bomb-blast-on-central-Stockholm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-200946\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Bomb-blast-on-central-Stockholm.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"540\" height=\"268\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Bomb-blast-on-central-Stockholm.jpg 637w, https:\/\/www.thetruthseeker.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Bomb-blast-on-central-Stockholm-300x149.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 540px) 100vw, 540px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Swedish Moderate Party leader Ulf Kristersson has slammed the ruling Social Democrats, saying the government has lost control of the country after a huge explosion rocked a Stockholm residential area.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Mr Kristersson noted the rise in the number of explosions and bombings across Sweden, citing figures from the Crime Prevention Council (Bra) that revealed the country suffered\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #ccffff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2020\/01\/01\/sweden-sees-230-bombings-explosions-2019\/\">230 bombings<\/a><\/strong><\/span> in 2019 alone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">\u201cUnfortunately, this government has lost control of what is happening in Sweden.\u00a0Now in the morning, we woke up again to news of bombs and explosions, this time in Stockholm\u2019s inner city and in central\u00a0Uppsala,\u201d Kristersson wrote in an\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.aftonbladet.se\/debatt\/a\/b5JRe5\/regeringen-klarar-inte-av-att-skota-om-landet\">op-ed<\/a> for newspaper <em>Aftonbladet<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">The blast in Stockholm, which took place on Sunday night, was labelled as one of the most <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.svt.se\/nyheter\/lokalt\/stockholm\/se-polisens-presskonferens-om-explosionen-pa-ostermalm\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>powerful explosions<\/strong><\/span><\/a> in Stockholm by police area manager\u00a0Erik Widstrand. Police said it was \u201cpure luck\u201d no one was injured in the blast but ruled out any terrorist motive so far.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Sweden Sees over 230 Bombings and Explosions in 2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/qIeCxgvPbQ\">https:\/\/t.co\/qIeCxgvPbQ<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BreitbartLondon\/status\/1212326852422823937?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">January 1, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">\u201cThe situation has thus escalated sharply and according to the police, there is no international equivalent,\u201d Kristersson said, and went on to blame migration and integration policy as two of the many reasons for the current situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">Prime Minister Stefan L\u00f6fven\u00a0has previously <a style=\"color: #ccffff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2019\/11\/19\/sweden-pm-claims-no-link-between-rising-gang-crime-mass-migration\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>denied<\/strong><\/span><\/a> any link between mass migration into Sweden and the rising levels of gang crime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ccffff;\">\u201cThe segregation is because there is too low employment and too high unemployment in these areas.\u00a0But that would have been the same regardless of who had lived there.
