This speaks volumes about how the judicial system is now rigged to enforce social change rather than “justice”.<\/h5>\n
Murderers and rapists are often given more lenient punishments but an Iowa court seems to have wanted to make an example of Aldolfo Martinzez. He didn\u2019t hurt anyone physically or rob them but, in the eyes of the court, he did far worse.<\/h5>\n
He defied the politically correct norms that are being imposed on society and set fire to an LGBTQ flag. This was an act of open defiance and as a result he was sentenced to fifteen years in jail!<\/span><\/strong><\/h5>\n
The severity of the sentence for such a petty crime wouldn’t have been out of place in Stalin’s Russia.<\/h5>\n
I’m not here to defend Adolfo Martinzez and for all I know he might be some sort religious fanatic, in which case he needs help. However, with a sentence of 15 years for such a minor misdemeanour our politically correct overlords are beginning to show their real colours and they are as brutal and draconian as any in history.<\/h5>\n

A man has been imprisoned for burning an LGBTQ flag that was flying at a church in central Iowa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adolfo Martinez, 30, of Ames, was sentenced Wednesday to 15 years for the hate crime<\/strong><\/a> of arson.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was also given a year for reckless use of explosives or fire and 30 days for harassment.\u00a0The sentences are to be served consecutively, Story County court records said.<\/span><\/p>\n

He was found guilty of a hate crime, which is a class D felony, third-degree harassment, and reckless use of fire last month.<\/span><\/p>\n

Police allege he stole the flag that hung at\u00a0Ames United Church of Christ at 217 6th St.\u00a0It was found burning on June 11 outside Dangerous Curves Gentleman\u2019s Club, 111 5th St,\u00a0Des Moines Register <\/span><\/strong><\/a>reported.<\/span><\/p>\n

Martinez told police he had ripped the flag down and had set it ablaze\u00a0with lighter fluid because he is against homosexuality<\/span><\/p>\n

Martinzez gave an incoherent interview to KCCI Des Moines<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0in November in which he claimed he was guilty of the charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

He declined to give his side of the story and said: ‘It is my honor, it is written, it is a judgement and it is written to execute vengeance on the heathen and punishments upon the people.<\/span><\/p>\n

‘It is my honor to do so, and it is an honor to that. It is a blessing from the Lord, plain and simple.<\/span><\/p>\n
